The granite is incredibly good—definitely the best I’ve ever tasted. They are fresh and full of flavor. The brioche is also excellent; it was warm, suggesting it was freshly baked. The bar can get quite busy, with a long queue and a wait time of 30 minutes or more. However, I would recommend waiting because it’s definitely worth it to taste this delicious food.😋

I thought it would be another really overhyped place but it was actually worth the wait. We were in line for about twenty minutes (at like 2-3pm) and the place wasnt that overcrowded. The granita was really good and the brioche came hot surprisingly. Genuinely would recommend and come again.

The best granita I've ever had. I tried the lemon and almond one. I preferred it without the brioche to enjoy the flavor. The prices are reasonable. The service was excellent, but you definitely need to order quickly due to the long lines.

Granita is solid. Limited flavors early in the morning. No wait for outside table right at 7:30 opening. If that’s your favorite thing maybe it’s worth all the hype. TikTok definitely gave this place a longer line than necessary. Aesthetic is fantastic

The owner is wonderful, always smiling and full of life (he knows a little Polish if needed) and as for the granita itself... every bite brought a smile to my face... something wonderful

Lo storico BamBar e le sue granite top!!! È la mecca della granita.. mandorla..fragola..di tutto e..la fila di attesa è piu che giustificata. Personale gentilissimo. Qualità top. È la tappa d obbligo a taormina. Vivamente consigliato.

Went with friends for a midday snack. Waited about 25 minutes in line to be seated, but the Granita made it worth the wait. Highly recommend getting the Granita with cream and brioche. Staff was nice, but busy. Personally would not prefer it for breakfast but, as a snack it was great.

24/05/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting the Casablanca Massimo patisserie, and it was a true culinary experience. The selection of sweet delicacies is impressive—from delicate desserts to artfully decorated cakes to traditional Italian specialties. The quality of the ingredients is palpable, and the freshness of the baked goods is unsurpassed. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating, which makes the visit even more pleasant. The ambiance is charming and invites you to linger, whether for a morning coffee or a short afternoon break. I would particularly like to highlight the homemade specialties, which are both visually and tastefully pleasing. Casablanca Massimo is definitely an insider tip for lovers of Italian sweets. Overall, an excellent patisserie that meets the highest standards. I will definitely be back! Once again, a big compliment to the ladies who were simply delightful and very kind to us.

05/05/2025: Tried it on Easter Monday, nice place both in terms of location and food, in short, a little bit of everything, the dishes were in the right quantity, you didn't wake up too full or hungry. Excellent quality of raw materials and great kindness of the staff, very helpful and present in the room.
