Delicious granita! We had duos - strawberries and lemon, coffee and almond - both with cream. Wonderful!
The brioche is drier and less sweet than a typical French brioche, but it’s perrrfect and delicious paired with granita!
The cafe is really beautiful. The team were all lovely.
We were worried this place was overhyped by the vanilla TikTok girlies - like many of the other places on their copy and past itineraries, but it was actually so great! Finally!

I went here with a group of coworkers and the staff managed to get us all together at tables inside. Our dogs were welcomed in. The granita with cream and brioche was delicious. They had many flavor options and the staff were kind and efficient. I will definitely come back.

I was here last summer, and I knew I would have to wait in line for quite a while, but I really wanted to try the granita from this place. I was not disappointed—it was actually the best granita I had during my week-long vacation in Sicily. My favorite was the strawberry one. I even came back to this location, so the wait was definitely worth it, and the place did not disappoint.

A local hotspot, totally worth going (despite) the hype. We went there at night, snagged an outside table and were surprised that it didn't feel cold at all. Superb service, friendly and fast. The granita was OK.

Totally worth the "hype". I really DO mean it. And I say this because I've been to Sicily enough times to have tried granite at so many places, but no place l've been compares to Bam Bar. Maybe its the custard the add to the top, maybe it's the freshest, fluffiest brioche? Don't know what it is, but what I DO know is that we are coming back for more of this deliciousness. I suggest going first thing in the morning. Like, leave your hotel at 7:00am and you will have minimal wait time.
