Came for drinks in the afternoon. Staff were really attentive and helpful so we decided to return the following day for brunch. It was very busy but staff were not rushed yet seemed to be ignoring us. We finally ordered avocado on toast was very disappointed when it arrived as it wasn’t actual avocado but what looked and tasted like supermarket guacamole and cheap bread. It was very expensive for what we actually got! Also waited ages for drinks to arrive and when they did my latte was cold. We then tried for ages to get staff attention to ask for bill. Then were given a receipt and told to queue at the till to pay though we’d seen other people paying at the table and had paid at the table the day before.

If you have a bit of time, it's worth stopping by and waiting patiently for service. The reviews don't reflect the feast your palate will be in for. The coffee is excellent, the tiramisu is delicious, and their local casoncelli is outstanding. 🤤 The staff isn't in a hurry, but that's their style, and let's not blame them for not rushing from table to table with their tongues hanging out. If you wait, you won't regret it. I 100% recommend it; it's worth it.

Traveling from Piacenza for an opera gala at the Donizetti Theater with some friends, we stopped here for an ice cream after having dinner at a nearby restaurant. We were very pleased with the excellent product.

I went to Bergamo, a town near Milan, and found this cozy and comfortable space to enjoy gelato. It was a delight. The taste was clean and natural. The gelato server was friendly, and the portions were more generous than anywhere else. In Milan and Rome, the portions were surprisingly generous. ^^"

Unfriendly, lazy, and unprofessional service. Not only was the wait long, but he also threw the menu on the flooded table (instead of wiping it down). The menu was wet and sticky from the start. Prices were high. The ice cream was very average. The coffee was decent. The surroundings were beautiful, the place has a beautiful tradition, and the place is very charming. But that's all. I don't recommend it and I won't be back.

Le cadre est agréable MAIS le personnel peu sympathique et très lent. Nous avons mangé un vittello tonato qui n’a rien à voir avec les vrais. 4 morceaux de bœuf avec un peu de sauce au thon , quelques lamelles de fenouil et 4 quartiers d’orange . On a fait rajouter une portion de frites décongelées et trop cuites donc sèches . Vraiment pas un bon moment.
