I wanted to thank Valbona who works at this pastry shop from the bottom of my heart. I needed this cake for the evening of the same day I asked. I ordered at 9am and it was ready at 1pm. 100% availability, delicious cake, and I thank her for the excellent work done in such a short time.

Came for drinks in the afternoon. Staff were really attentive and helpful so we decided to return the following day for brunch. It was very busy but staff were not rushed yet seemed to be ignoring us. We finally ordered avocado on toast was very disappointed when it arrived as it wasn’t actual avocado but what looked and tasted like supermarket guacamole and cheap bread. It was very expensive for what we actually got! Also waited ages for drinks to arrive and when they did my latte was cold. We then tried for ages to get staff attention to ask for bill. Then were given a receipt and told to queue at the till to pay though we’d seen other people paying at the table and had paid at the table the day before.

If you have a bit of time, it's worth stopping by and waiting patiently for service. The reviews don't reflect the feast your palate will be in for. The coffee is excellent, the tiramisu is delicious, and their local casoncelli is outstanding. 🤤 The staff isn't in a hurry, but that's their style, and let's not blame them for not rushing from table to table with their tongues hanging out. If you wait, you won't regret it. I 100% recommend it; it's worth it.

Traveling from Piacenza for an opera gala at the Donizetti Theater with some friends, we stopped here for an ice cream after having dinner at a nearby restaurant. We were very pleased with the excellent product.

Le cadre est agréable MAIS le personnel peu sympathique et très lent. Nous avons mangé un vittello tonato qui n’a rien à voir avec les vrais. 4 morceaux de bœuf avec un peu de sauce au thon , quelques lamelles de fenouil et 4 quartiers d’orange . On a fait rajouter une portion de frites décongelées et trop cuites donc sèches . Vraiment pas un bon moment.

31/05/2025: A place with a beautiful view! We only came for a beer and snacks, but the cakes we saw behind the counter looked very appetizing. The staff was nice and smiling. It's worth dropping in just for the view :)
13/03/2025: A luxurious view of the city. Excellent service, the staff helped to choose delicious desserts, and also gave valuable advice about other establishments. The lactose free citrus cake was great, big portion, delicious. The brownie was also delicious. The tea is delicious, but they just brought a bag in a cup and it cost 5€. It would be better if they brought it in a teapot.
