(the owner Skizzo, the one with the mustache, is also very nice🥸)

I love this place. The guys are polite and kind, the cocktails really excellent. There are vegetarian and vegan alternatives. In my opinion the price is right, in relation to the quality of the products served.

Small place but really very nice! really tasty aperitifs with also vegan options, the drinks are really delicious and the prices in relation to quality/price are really inviting, the owner was really kind and friendly, I will definitely be back!

Small, cozy, family-run. Spend a quick or longer aperitif with the owner who comes by to meet you and make sure that everything is going well. The small platters, accompanied by the drinks, are of good quality and the 100g mortadella panozzo is super delicious... a sandwich worthy of its name. The staff... friendly, prepared and fast. If so, go to Varese, we'll go back....and you who read, go too!

High-class hospitality, the best Gin in Varese, delicious aperitif. Right in the center, lots of parking nearby. I will go back every time I'm in the area both for the friendly owner and for the good food... but guys! Gin is the best!

Super welcoming place, excellent drinks and aperitif and superlative platter of cold cuts and mozzarella! The highlight of the place is Skizzo, the owner of the place, very nice, very kind, thoughtful and very helpful. Absolutely recommended!!

Grazie al simpatico e professionale Skizzo ,oltre agli ottimi aperitivi al Balthazar si possono gustare dei spettacolari aperitivi anche al chioschetto dei giardini estensi e godere di un vista meravigliosa nel verde .Staff gentile ,soprattutto Marta che accoglie i clienti con un bel sorriso e tanta gentilezza.Cmq oltre alle bevande ,in questa location si può far colazione e pranzare deliziosamente.Un grande compimento a Skizzo che ama Varese e valorizza questa citta' con I suoi bellissimi locali sempre di livellanza .Un caro saluto da Onni e company ......
