Balthazar In Varese

Every time I'm in Varese, it's a must-visit. Everyone is very helpful, from the owner "Skizzo" to his staff, especially Andrea.

Great place for Aperitivo and delicious gin based drinks. You can do aperitivo and add some of the great sandwiches 🥪, for example bresaola. The owner is super nice too!

They accept American Express and the cocktails are divine. The staff is attentive and helpful. The owner is top notch.

The best aperitif you can have in Varese with super generous platters included with everything you take to drink but above all platters without the usual taralli and olives but with truffle things, very fresh bread and plenty of ham

No need to elaborate...it's a fantastic, cheerful place with lovely people!! The waiters, bartenders, and owner are extremely attentive to their customers' needs, always polite and with a smile on their faces. The drinks are excellent, and if possible, the food is even better! 5 for service, only because 7 doesn't exist!!!

Very good atmosphere, the street full of bars

Locale carinissimo in pieno centro, tra le viuzze pittoresche di Varese. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e il proprietario super simpatico ma anche appassionato, ogni piatto è sinonimo di qualità e golosità! Ci siamo fermati per l’aperitivo ma ci siamo innamorate alle polpette con il sugo. Fotoniche e presentate con la grattugia e il pane per la scarpetta! Che dire… torneremo sicuramente.
