BALLERINI IL CIOCCOLATO In Firenze

Very sweet place. We ordered a pistacchio croissant and a cup of hot chocolate, both tasted really good and together only cost 4,30€. By far the best hot chocolate I've had during my Florence trip while still sitting at a very reasonable price. The staff spoke english well and was happy to help us with our questions about the products. They also offer a lot of delicious looking bite-sized cakes (1€ each) and pralines. Sidenote, they really dont save on the rum with the bite-sized rum cake. We paid by card.

I have known and frequented this shop for a long time. The environment is pleasant and well looked after. A vast assortment of biscuits, chocolates and pastries "welcomes" customers and is able to satisfy all palates...even the most demanding ones. The artisanal production is of excellent quality and always very fresh. The prices are honest. I highly recommend the Ballerini chocolate shop for the goodness of its products and the seriousness of the people who work there.

Best pistachio croissant I had on the trip

Small with open pastry shop and top quality products.

This place does serve good dessert, very happy with my pistachio mousse… Noting the sketchy people/ surroundings as I walked here, I unfortunately also got my small green bag pack stolen - at around 1 pm today Nov 13, 2024, sitting at the table with 3 seats closest to the window/ entrance. Long shot but if anyone comes across it please let me know (I’ll return to Florence in a few days) - there’s a GoPro, tripod, sunglass, power bank and shaker bottle inside.
