I went there in 2023 and now 4 times this year, and it’s as good as ever. The pizzas are delicious and the pastries even better. I highly recommend! The shop is also really cute and the workers are very friendly. Incredibly affordable too!

Visit here for a cappuccino and tiramisu, was normal, nothing special.

Ballerini was the perfect spot to start our day during a recent shopping trip to Florence. Conveniently located right next to the parking garage where we arrived, it was an easy and welcome stop before diving into the busy streets of the city. Despite arriving during the morning rush, the atmosphere inside was relaxed and welcoming, and we never felt rushed. We ordered a mix of espressos and lattes, all rich and smooth, just what we needed to wake up. Alongside our coffee, we tried a variety of pastries—all fresh, flaky, and full of flavor. Each bite felt like a little taste of Italy. We noticed they also had a tempting selection of pizza, which looked incredible—we’ll definitely be back to try that next time. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and very patient with us as we stumbled through our basic Italian. Their warmth and friendly service made us feel right at home. If you’re in Florence and looking for a cozy, delicious café experience with authentic Italian charm, Ballerini is well worth a visit. We’re already looking forward to our next stop there!

Everything is delicious, you can feel that it is homemade and with love. The shop is welcoming. The ladies were very kind. It's as if you were a child again and were amazed by all the creations, as if you were in a world of wonders.

We tried this pastry shop for breakfast and were very satisfied! Very nice place, friendly staff but above all excellent desserts. The shop window offers a vast assortment of sweets, but it is also possible to opt for savory ones. Excellent value for money.. Advised!
