ホテルの人に勧められてランチに訪問。 ハウスワインを頼むとボトルで来たので良くみるとラベルはこの店のものでした、中々美味しかったです。 ツレはカチョ.エ.ペペとトマトスパゲッティ、私はOXテールパスタにしました。 価格は11.5ユーロで皆同じ値段。 カチョエペペはカルボナーラから卵黄等を抜いた感じであっさりでした。 OXテールもそれほどコッテリではありませんでした。 少し太麺のトマトスパゲッティが私にとっては味もしっかりしていて一番美味しかったです。

Trattoria romana con forno a legna. Pizza buonissima, bassa e croccante tipica romana. Varie sale interne, arredate con tovagliato tipico. Menù con primi e secondi romani

12/09/2025: The carbonara was very good, the lasagna reminded me of the kind I used to eat at a supermarket or in the school cafeteria, in short, the price was high for the quality of the food.

05/06/2025: Don't expect a fancy restaurant. This is a rustic place immersed in the Roman countryside! Home cooking in a familiar and welcoming environment! The dishes are plentiful, but above all good. Everything homemade! The prices are more than fair. If the road takes you to these parts it is worth stopping for lunch
