We only came for drinks. The Baladin cider is the best apple cider I’ve ever had. The beers were also very nice. I’d recommend the Sud

Had the cider and it was very very nice, wish I could have more. The guy serving was quite friendly. Didn't eat or go inside, drank at one of the communal tables in that hall, but seemed like a cool place. The plate of food in the photo came from another place opposite Baladin.

Small brewery in the middle market of Bologna. It is located in the center. You take the beer and sit on a nearby table to drink it. There are several choices of beer on tap all very good and original beer of excellent quality. If you are in the area, stop for a beer at this little brewery.

The premises of one of the most interesting Italian craft breweries in the immediate vicinity of the Bologna market square is located in a local food hall, where there are stands of many restaurants. Beers mainly in the Belgian style. They are of a really high standard and I think that a visit to every craft beer fan in Bologna should include beer tastings in this place. It's worth sitting outside in the garden, because it's quite noisy inside and not very atmospheric due to its location in a food hall.

Le birre che abbiamo assaggiato sono molto buone con sapori particolari. Il personale, nonostante la mole di lavoro è stato molto gentile. Per questioni di tempo a disposizione non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare il cibo ma sicuramente lo faremo la prossima volta

28/05/2025: Via Con Me is zo’n plek waar je binnenkomt en meteen het gevoel hebt dat je thuiskomt. Dit charmante restaurant in het hart van Bologna straalt warmte en gastvrijheid uit – alsof je aan tafel schuift bij vrienden die geweldig kunnen koken. De sfeer is intiem en ongedwongen, bijna huiskamerachtig, en dat past perfect bij de authentieke Italiaanse gerechten die hier geserveerd worden. Elk bord getuigt van vakmanschap, liefde voor de keuken en respect voor traditie. De smaken zijn puur, de ingrediënten vers en de presentatie eenvoudig maar stijlvol. Wat het diner extra bijzonder maakte, was de gastvrouw. Ze is niet alleen hartelijk, maar heeft duidelijk verstand van wijnen. Ze luisterde naar onze voorkeuren en wist feilloos bijpassende wijnen te adviseren die de gerechten perfect aanvulden, geen standaardkeuzes, maar echt afgestemd op het moment. Een avond bij Via Con Me is geen simpel etentje, maar een beleving. Voor wie op zoek is naar een authentieke Italiaanse ervaring in een warme, persoonlijke setting, dit restaurant is een aanrader van jewelste.
