Il garden è l'evoluzione della storica birreria Baladin. La birra sempre di qualità, così come la cucina, con un offerta sempre in evoluzione. Per me la birra Nazionale è sempre una garanzia, così come l'hamburger. Unica nota dolente, da vecchio frequentatore, rimpiango la focaccia spech e cambosana.. In ogni caso un luogo che sa sempre farsi voler bene per una birra e quattro ciance, in coppia o con gli amici.

Truly quaint place. Excellent beers. Aperitif with typical products of the fantastic area. Worth trying especially in the summer period as it is a beautiful and unique outdoor space

Ci siamo recati giovedì 2 gennaio perché abbiamo preso una stanza presso casa baladin, locale veramente suggestivo sia in interno che in esterno, anche se purtroppo l'esterno essendo gennaio non era utilizzabile, rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, adiacente c'è anche lo shop per poter acquistare birre artigianali ed altri articoli

19/01/2025: Excellent service, excellent food, excellent courtesy, excellent menu and excellent quality and price.
30/12/2024: Had dinner again after several years and, apart from the location in a new location adjacent to the previous one, I find the cornerstones that distinguish it: simplicity of the well-cooked local dishes (even if I prefer the gnocco firmer) and always very honest prices at of a more than satisfactory quality. The two fixed price menus are very valid and advantageous, with which you end up anything but hungry.

16/02/2025: We had the white week lunch. Everything was very good, from the tasting of appetizers (Bra sausage, veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad and Fassona steak) to the tajarin with Bra sausage ragout, to the SLICED SCAMONE, very good. To finish, home-made dessert, coffee and digestive. Wine: Dolcetto d'Alba - PERTINACE, very good. Congratulations to everyone, especially to the chef Mattia. (great!)
09/01/2025: We spent Christmas here and the menu was super amazing! Dishes prepared both in terms of taste and harmony of flavours, as well as aesthetically. Lots of fish dishes, very tasty! Just to make it clear that here we eat stone-cooked meat... but they also know how to make fish and great too! 😃 Excellent service: attentive and very kind staff.
