Bakery-Fabian-Profanter, In Bressanone

14/03/2024: Discovered by chance during a hike in the 1960s, the hotel-restaurant on the Ritten has become my favorite place in South Tyrol. Beautifully located at a height, you have a fantastic view of the Dolomites with Schlern, Rosengarten and Latemar. The restaurant is lovingly and stylishly furnished. Excellent food and well-tempered drinks, served by very friendly staff, make your stay a pleasure. For me, this place, with its large terrace and meadow, is always worth a visit whenever I am in South Tyrol. A place that magically attracts me.

10/03/2024: Only had lunch, the grilled meat was tough and poorly cut. I did not like it.
