We went to this refuge for dinner. The place is beautiful, with a spectacular view. The very romantic dinner at the refuge. Both meat and fish menu (we took the meat one, top!). Experience to be repeated and what I recommend!!!

Seconda volta che porto degli amici stranieri in occasione delle serate notturne . Ma questa volta non sono pienamente soddisfatta.Il punto di ritrovo è alle 19.00 presso il parcheggio accanto alla chiesetta sul Passo Sella, che si trova sopra l'Hotel Resort Sella. Di fronte alla chiesa si trova un piccolo parcheggio privato.Da lì si parte con gatto delle nevi o quod che ti accompagna fino in baita. Scenografico e divertente. I commensali arrivano quasi tutti assieme e li a mio avviso nasce il problema. Gli ordini partono tutti assieme e la cucina non regge , vale a dire che i tempi di attesa sono lunghi e i commensali mangiano un po’ per volta a seconda del piatto. Non mangerete mai tutti assieme .Prezzi molto alti . Scelta del menu a 3 o 4 portate con relativo costo di €78 o €92 esclusi vini , menù bambino €42. La qualità è buona , piatti ben presentati ( non sempre caldi il filetto con i funghi ) Per il prezzo pagato il servizio non è stato adeguato. Consiglio di ridurre il numero di tavoli per le serate notturne e far sì che il cliente esca felice .( 2 anni fa era così avevano solo una sala aperta). Personale gentile e disponibile ( variazione menu bambino accolta ) Il ritorno avviene tra le 21.30 e le 23.00.

I went here for dinner with my partner one evening. Accompanied by the snow cat (an exciting experience when you do it for the first time) in this scenic cabin, we had dinner with a somewhat skimpy menu and so-so dishes compared to the price paid. We spent €234 for 2 4-course menus, a decent bottle of wine, water and coffee. The starters and first courses were good, but the second courses not particularly. Given the very high price, we were a little disappointed by the quality and lack of variety on offer. What is fundamental is the experience of a dinner at altitude with a snowcat, not the exceptional food.
