Ate schnitzel with chips: rather greasy and with not particularly good chips, baked ones are better. It looked more like a reheated dish than a freshly made one. Too bad: beautiful setting!

Fast service, Slovak boys, excellent food, prepared to us before the kitchen was supposed to officially cook it. The prices are a bit higher, but presto I recommend visiting this establishment. Year 2024: again nothing to complain about, everything is luxurious. Attention - the soups are huge. Beautifully warm inside.

And here in this slightly secluded corner of the path is this cabin! Just before arriving, the smiles and enthusiasm appear on the children's faces! The wooden marble run. Our children have done the tour countless times. You take the wooden ball from the dispenser for 2 euros and you can repeat the route as many times as you want. Just after the hut there are other games for children such as a trampoline, castle and sandbox. Inside the cabin is well cared for and clean. A feast for the eyes. Every corner well organized and cared for. Inside there is a lovely play area for children. As for food, we tried several things, one better than the other. Mountain hut portions, generous and tasty. Well done!

It's always a pleasure to stop for lunch. Excellent tagliatelle with chanterelles and speck. The Kaiserschmarren is delicious. See you next year.

Beautiful place located in the Col Rodella valley…very kind and discreet staff. We ate delicious desserts: the strudel and the berry cheesecake were superb. It has deckchairs with covers, lots of games for children. Dream atmosphere!

Ogni estate passiamo in questa zona e ci fermiamo alla Baita Rodella che troviamo assolutamente completa (ha tutto). Una buona (e completa) cucina, tutti estremamente gentili, tutto ciò che serve per stare comodi e passare del tempo piacevolmente ma, soprattutto, tutto ciò che può divertire i bambini (qualche animaletto incluso). Quest'anno abbiamo esagerato: ci siamo fermati forse più di due ore in un pomeriggio con poca gente (era domenica di partenze con meteo incerto), prendendo dessert (Kaisershmarren buonissimo) e caffetteria (buoni caffè e cappuccino). Bambini felicissimi di passare da un coniglietto a mille giochi (lunga pista per palline inclusa!), noi felicissimi di trovarci in un posto panoramicissimo (con vista sulle cose più belle delle Dolomiti) e poterci rilassare senza caos. Davvero un posto che consigliamo per la tranquillità e tutto il resto (anche perché l'estate è un centinaio di metri fuori dai percorsi più battuti), quindi non si trova caos. L'inverno è estremamente di passaggio, invece. Il gestore si è anche intrattenuto un po' a chiacchierare con noi spiegandoci un po' di cose sul posto. Insomma... davvero un posto bellissimo in cui andiamo ogni anno che che, quest'anno abbiamo scelto nel nostro ultimo giorno di vacanza per salutare le Dolomiti. Da consigliare!!!
