An absolutely great place for a moutain feed, the spazel and the dumplings were great just like my grandmothers! Would come back to this wonderful place the pork was an absolute treat and I couldn't recommend it enough if you're looking for a more German eat in the moutains 🤝

We met it through a friend of ours who started her summer job in this hut, the landscape is stunning and the food is really excellent, not to mention the staff dressed in typical local clothes, I highly recommend it.

28/04/2025: Excellent experience. Friendly staff, generous and quality portions. They offered me a taste of speck as a welcome, excellent. I had polenta, venison morsels and sautéed mushrooms. Then a homemade berry cake accompanied by a pine cone grappa made by them, truly exceptional. Advised
26/04/2025: Restaurant located along Lake Alleghe in an elegant atmosphere. Welcoming staff and typical local food served very well with excellent quality ingredients. Fair price for the quality and location.

Ristorante Da Aurelio Rifugio

28/06/2025: We drank just a lemonade, but were allowed to charge our phones and got help with figuring out public transport in the area. Great staff, so helpful and caring!
22/06/2025: The menu is incredible! A feast for the eyes! Definitely a return visit!
