Baita Pontara In Tonezza del cimone

We really liked this place 👍. The structure, a characteristic wooden mountain hut 🪵, is located in the locality "Contrà Sella", a hamlet of the municipality of Tonezza del Cimone ⛰. We went there some time ago (even though I had already frequented it before) to drink something hot during our afternoon 🚶🏻‍♂️ walk in the area. Full rating 💯 regarding the location and interior furnishings; as soon as you cross the threshold, you find yourself in a sort of windowed veranda 🪟 equipped with an electric fireplace 🔥, wooden benches 🪵 and furs used as cushions (TOP atmosphere🔝, especially during the winter season ❄). Not least the counter and the larger room, where we actually sat. In short, the kind manager 🧔🏻 came to collect our order: a coffee ☕, a cappuccino and five hot chocolates. All good 😋 and served quickly, even though the assortment of products and bitters 🥃 was not very vast. Then when we went out, we were able to appreciate the suggestively lit place 💡 in the dark of the evening ✨ (see photos 📸 attached 📎). We had a really good time, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍.

Carlo and Patrizia are unique, every time stopping in the hut is like staying with family. Kindness and friendliness are always on offer. Excellent and genuine food To be recommended

we had a super dinner in the hut, blueberry risotto, dumplings and fabulous cheeks, washed down with excellent wines... but above all we were hosted with great cordiality and kindness... I recommend trying the cuisine made with great professionalism... greetings from Beppe.

We had dinner yesterday, birthday party with the room exclusive to us, rustic location, typical mountain hut, very welcoming and warm; Super welcoming, kind, helpful managers, excellent service and zero km products. Ate very well, quality raw materials and a lot of passion transmitted to the dishes tasted. We will be back soon.

Ribs in milk, chicken in beer and delicious dumplings. High prices but it was worth it. Generous portions. Rude managers? No, they just annoyed rude people. We were treated very well and the owner (chef) was very kind. He even gave me the recipes😉. The only flaw is the chemical toilets in the car park. With children it's a problem. It's not their fault... The municipality should lend a hand to these small businesses in areas that are a little out of the way....
