Baita Pontara In Tonezza del cimone

A truly charming little cabin, nestled in the middle of nature, overlooking expanses of meadows. Friendly staff. I recommend the amaretti and ricotta cake...a delight.

We stumbled upon Baita Pontara by chance during a hike, without a reservation and well past lunchtime. The hosts, Carlo and Patrizia, even though the kitchen was closed, prepared a delicious platter of locally sourced cured meats and cheeses for us. Surrounded by greenery, the kind and welcoming hosts immediately made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back to try their dishes!

Il posto è piccolino, molto bello e caratteristico, hanno due scelte per pasto, cibo buono e genuino, vino della casa buono, i gestori simpatici e cordiali, prezzi buoni (primo, formaggi, dolce, acqua, vino, caffè 25 euro). Di solito non lascio recensioni ma avendole lette prima di andare e trovando l esatto opposto ho voluto lasciare la mia esperienza positiva.
