The cabin was difficult to reach... the service was improvised... the food was good enough, the Spritz was awful... in short... I wouldn't go back 👎

Enchanting place, surrounded by nature and perfect for a break after a walk. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with kind and helpful staff. The polenta is amazing: rustic, tasty, just like it used to be! Excellent with cheese or mushrooms. You can feel the passion for simple and genuine cuisine. A place where you really feel good. Definitely worth a try

staff who need to review their ways of dealing with customers. I can understand that it is a private area, but in front of a person with eating problems and after having clarified in a polite manner that she thought it was like a cabin where you can bring food from home, not because you are bums as you define them but precisely because of health problems, hearing the owner say she is not eating tonight and much less denying him to sit on a bench aside to eat, well let me tell you, it is not your job. Another thing, the extra price of the menu was also paid and 1 bottle of wine was taken between 2, so you are the bums! You just had to be kinder, I am not the interested party but I was there at the table. I'm sorry but the 30 people and not 40, understood very well! You should stay behind the scenes which is perhaps better. Another thing, the menu includes 3 courses of polenta with a miserable addition, LIKE a spoonful of zola and the vegetables look like those of the Russian salad that you buy frozen! when the menu was delivered it was arrogantly said that there is no take away so if we were full for the second course, we had to let them know and the third would not be brought to us! Well if I pay for 3 courses you have to give me 3!

Very nice and welcoming cabin. The outside tables are very nice. The only flaw is the toilets. The women's one was broken and the men's one was "Turkish".
