A place like La Tiperia probably doesn't need a review, but I think it's fair to give a special "bravo" to those who work as if it were a mission to pass on to others all the good, beautiful, and valuable things they've learned. The quality is extremely high, but despite this, simplicity reigns supreme.

26/06/2025: The chef specializes in risotto! The best risotto!
23/05/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante per 2 giorni (pranzo e cena) in occasione di un congresso. La sala è carina, magari un po' retrò, ma con vistasul mare. Il cibo ottimo ed è stato sorprendente perché raramente, in un evento con così tante persone, si riscontra bontà e qualità. Tra i diversi piatti delle 2 giornate da ricordare il risotto agli agrumi con tartare di tonno, ed il vitello con salsa di senape e miele. Gentilissimo il personale, anche quello della reception.

The prices are high, but reasonable, in line with the quality of the products and likely the restaurant's culinary research and experimentation. I want to thank Salvo for his service: he is attentive to detail and truly kind, as well as friendly... a great guy!
