The description of this place will never be close to reality. An enchanting place where you can experience excellent food and superlative wines. Compliments to the owner, he and his staff welcomed us and made us experience an exciting evening Each dish is a symphony to which the perfect wine is paired. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic place, it doesn't feel like being in the city but in a real cabin nestled in the middle of the mountains. Menu and prices are fixed and, for each course, wines are paired. Impeccable service and truly excellent quality of food, the only flaw is the quantity... really a lot of stuff (with the starters we were already practically full). Small problem that could be solved by reducing the quantity of starters. Having said this, this place is highly recommended and I hope to return soon.

Unique experience, in a chalet where you dream of being in the mountains among the woods, with unique attention to detail. Sit back and enjoy every moment. A succession of tasty courses and glasses of wine begins with impeccable service.

High expectations... very nice place with fireplace and everything really put in its place. But the kitchen is nothing special...! A man who brings a girl to this "hut" makes a good impression for the place. But I repeat, overrated cuisine I count in 2...200 euros! I spend less in restaurants with a Michelin star

A truly remarkable, varied and very broad tasting. Superior category raw materials. All the wines perfectly paired and excellent too. Congratulations also to all the waiters, always kind, prepared and smiling. We will certainly return for these reasons and also for the suggestive location immersed in the woods.

Posto magico, un’esperienza culinaria a sorpresa, ogni piatto accompagnato da un vino diverso. Bellissimo il tavolo appena arrivi con aperitivo molto scenografico. Locale originale e con una vestita splendida, tavoli molto curati e spaziosi.

10/11/2024: It's difficult to review a place that appears open on the website but is in fact closed; it would be enough to update the site and provide clear indications on the periods of activity for the benefit of telephone operators. It's a shame because from the reviews it appears to be an excellent restaurant, however clarity of communication is fundamental.
23/07/2024: I came here to this restaurant because I chose full board at the National hotel. Very refined restaurant that prepares contemporary fish and meat dishes, with a lot of experimentation. All dishes and service are impeccably prepared. Very suitable for couples and perhaps less suitable for families with children precisely because it includes very particular dishes. The only advice I would like to give, being a hotel restaurant, is to also include a children's menu, with simpler and less elaborate dishes, more easily appreciated by younger children. For the rest it is a really nice place, with a beautiful view, an excellent chef and very kind waiters.

28/02/2025: Sono stato a cena poco fa in questo ristorante stellato. Inizialmente ero un po' perplesso, perché la prima cosa che è arrivata sul tavolo è stata l'acqua minerale di marca San Pellegrino. Da un ristorante di quel livello mi sarei aspettato, anche se non una vera e propria "carta delle acque minerali", almeno un'acqua minerale meno dozzinale. Dopo però, l'esperienza per il palato è stata spettacolare; vere e proprie sinfonie di sapori miscelati con dovizia e attenzione.
27/01/2025: Ci sono tornato dopo 8 anni, per la prima volta da quando è stellato. I prezzi si sono ovviamente alzati (80 euro per quello che una volta era il "menu piccolo", anche se il prezzo non è indicato sul menu), ma ero quasi rimasto più sorpreso favorevolmente una volta. Amuse bouche sempre deliziose, ma il mio antipasto alla bietola non mi ha incantato così come il primo, mentre ottimo è stato l'agnello; infine primo dolce migliorabile, mentre buonissimo il panettone artigianale e la crema abbinata. Servizio impeccabile, anche se uno dei camerieri, forse il maitre di sala, aveva un tono di voce e modalità un po'sopra le righe rispetto alla tipologia di ristorante.
