Baita Garba In Salorno

Autumn lunch on an island of relaxation and pampering. Abundant and typical dishes. There were 2 of us passing through, and it was a pleasant surprise.

Authentic place for companies, typical menu and local wines. We enjoyed a generous plate of Trentino-style snails and polenta, washed down by a young Teroldego. It is a place suitable for children in the large outdoor area. Sufficient parking, perhaps a little difficult for people with walking difficulties, as it is unpaved and slightly uphill. Sunday 6 October 2024 we returned and this time we ate inside, with the fireplace lit....as always, excellent welcome, both from the Manager and the Staff. Excellent dishes, worth mentioning, once again, are the Trentina-style snails, grilled lamb chops, platters of cold cuts, pans of striae and much more, because the gastronomic offer is rich. It closes in November, I don't know for how long, but we'll definitely be back in the spring.

Like every year for quite some time now, my daughter and I have come to these places for wine and apples, both of which we always find to be of quality and this time we happened (reading reviews) to stop in Baita Garba and it was an excellent choice. We found a very nice place with lots of seats in the garden and two indoor rooms where we ate really well. Good well prepared products. What else can I say except that the owners and staff were absolutely courteous and pleasantly present. Congratulations again. If/when I return I will certainly come back here to eat (I have to "test" the trout).

Magical place, the lake and nature make it romantic and beautiful. A sense of quiet and relaxation never felt before. Traditional dishes such as goulash and dumplings, excellent mushrooms and pans. It was a beautiful and delicious lunch!

Good foods. Limited menu but almost everything is packaged with own or local products.

Fascinating and welcoming place if you like being surrounded by nature. My boyfriend and I ate at a table under a tree. Really beautiful. The food is plentiful and really super good!! I could eat there every day! Highly recommended!

Good food, quiet area, friendly staff

Wonderful location (although it should be looked after a little more) top in the area, definitely worth it!!! Excellent cuisine, the trout meunière is amazing (advice: remove the garnish of cooked vegetables which ruin the dish). Excellent service guys, average price. Well done👏🏼

Schönes Restaurant mit herrlicher, schattigen Lage und Forellenteich. Wirklich hervorragende, frische Forellengerichte.

Il locale ha un ampio parcheggio ed è composto da una serie di tavoli e panche di legno all'aperto e da un laghetto pieno di trote che rappresentano poi uno dei piatti più gettonati, ma che non ho assaggiato. Nel menù ci sono anche canederli, polenta, gulash, fagioli ecc. serviti quasi sempre direttamente nella padella. Buona la torta di grano saraceno. Prezzo un po' eccessivo considerata la tipologia di cucina. Piacevole il digestivo offerto dalla casa.
