01/03/2026: We ate quite well, even though there's no vegan option and the vegetarian option is very limited. The price is quite high, and above all, we missed the old place where they made their own cheese with cows visible under the glass floor and the dairy laboratory, also visible from the dining room. It's now lost the old charm that justified the trip from Marilleva 1400 for us. Instead of cows, the animals are now a donkey and a sluggish pony, who are there just for show and don't have a bed: they're locked up with the lights on for show under the restaurant, on a concrete floor without straw. 20/02/2026: Very characteristic Alpine atmosphere. Very friendly staff and truly excellent, high-quality food. The pork shank I ate is among the best I've ever tasted. We also had a small issue with the bill, but thanks to the helpfulness and honesty of the staff, we resolved it quickly. What can I say? If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely stop by. Highly recommended.
