We came across it by chance after visiting the big bench near the restaurant and were pleasantly impressed by the good cuisine that the hut offers. The service was very fast and professional carried out by Dominique, very friendly and kind. Prices were very low compared to average, we will definitely be back soon!

If you are looking for an authentic experience this is the perfect place for you. Located in the heart of Auditore, this hidden gem combines Italian culinary tradition with a warm and genuine welcome.
As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. The rustic furnishings, with exposed wooden beams and checked tablecloths, recall the trattorias of the past, creating an intimate and welcoming environment. The staff, always smiling and helpful, add a touch of warmth that makes the meal even more pleasant. Especially the fantastic Domi who is truly the pride of the entire staff. The menu is a tribute to home cooking, with dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Among the appetizers, the platters of local cured meats and cheeses stand out, accompanied by artisanal jams and fragrant croutons.
For the first courses, the homemade pasta is the real protagonist. The latter are no exception either. The prices are more than honest, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparation. Generous portions and authentic flavors make every euro spent an investment in the pleasure of the palate.

Nice place with large rooms, when you enter you immediately feel the warm welcome of typical hill restaurants. The staff were very professional and quick and were able to advise us very well on the choice of dishes. We opted for a starter of mixed croutons and a second course of first courses. composed of tagliatelle with wild boar sauce and cappellacci filled with mascarpone and walnuts and with speck and radicchio. I can only say compliments, everything was excellent, but the biggest surprise was the bill which was truly more than honest. Well done, I will definitely return.

Cibo ottimo con molta varietà e una scelta completa di primi secondi e dolci tutto fatto in casa. Lo consiglio, attenzione però, perchè è molto frequentato nonostante si trovi in una località che non tutti conoscono. Il conto è una delle caratteristiche positive assieme al menù.

L'unica cosa che gli manca è il romanticismo, ma quella sera c'erano tutti: coppie, famiglie, compagnie e squadre di operai in trasferta. Ed è adatto a tutti.. Porzioni generose di succulente specialità locali, belle pizze, taglieri coperti di gioia suina, bruschette e una giardiniera superlativa! Bravissima la cameriera piemontese che da sola gestiva l'intera sala, piena in un martedì sera di ottobre
