I don't know the name of the fresh fish we were offered. Our host described the two options as "skinny" and "fat" fish. ... both are a good white meated fish, but the fat fish was better.

The location, food, hospitality, and service were impeccable, despite the resort's restaurant being very busy. Kudos to the owner, Jacopo, and all his staff. I highly recommend it!

09/01/2026: I'll start by saying that rather than park and then get back to your car a few minutes later, it's better, indeed, imperative, to book. It was truly a pleasant evening, a dinner that makes you think this is one of the three best restaurants in Ventimiglia. The customer service, far from a given during this time and here in Liguria, was above all expectations, as was the food and the drinks. It's fitting! Great!
