I don't know the name of the fresh fish we were offered. Our host described the two options as "skinny" and "fat" fish. ... both are a good white meated fish, but the fat fish was better.

The location, food, hospitality, and service were impeccable, despite the resort's restaurant being very busy. Kudos to the owner, Jacopo, and all his staff. I highly recommend it!
