21/03/2025: We were in Selinunte at the beginning of March 2025 and were looking for a restaurant that was open, as it was still winter season. The restaurant was recommended to us at the park as one of the few open. We arrived at 2 p.m. and were warmly welcomed. Risotto with fresh lobster as a first course, followed by grilled fresh fish…an experience. The landlady and my husband, being Swiss, had an excellent conversation…I simply enjoyed the meal along with the delicious wine. We were the last guests and weren't rushed to leave; we were able to eat in peace and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. As absolute food lovers, we can highly recommend the restaurant…of course, it's certainly a different story in high season with its hectic heat…we'd definitely be happy to come back. 21/03/2025: Food was okay but instead of the ordered octopus we were served squid... Also they did not tell us they had a buffet option for lunch. They just gave us the menu and we discovered they had a buffet after we had already ordered. Service was cold and not friendly... all on all, not a very pleasant experience, at a price.
