Beautiful structure, not crowded and nice services

I have been a few times to have breakfast in these bathrooms, which are very well looked after and have pleasant furnishings. The owner initially seemed kind to me, perhaps in May it was in his interest while in September a little less so. A few days ago his response surprised me. I'll start by saying that the first time they couldn't tell me if there was lard in the focaccia, as far as I know the ingredients should be visible or at least known. This time, when I asked if there were vegan croissants, he replied that he understands celiacs but the vegans who "go looking for it" really don't. So the owner by choice cuts out vegans, those intolerant to milk and those allergic to eggs from his clientele? Maybe he doesn't know that in the cece bar in front of the Lavagna station in summer they stock 7 different types of vegan croissants (5 in winter). Perhaps he doesn't know that Dal Cigno and Bagni Minion, in the same locality as him, Cavi di Lavagna, prepare a delicious, entirely vegan and very refined lunch upon request. I invite the owner to take a tour around the area to understand that the vegan offer exists and obviously a customer will be more inclined to go where there is choice and where it is welcome... not only the vegan customer on duty but also all the (non-vegan) people who are in his company. Furthermore, I didn't go to the Aurelia baths asking to eat a good, well-finished vegan first course (in that case I would have understood that maybe in a place where they make fish they might not have the ingredients for me) but I went to a bar for breakfast and asked for a simple croissant that the owner would take very little to buy and keep in his window. I hope for a little more hospitality in the future and more open-mindedness from the owner also towards vegans/milk intolerants/egg allergy sufferers.

We stayed there for 1 day, the price of an umbrella and 2 sunbeds was €53, too expensive, on a positive note, the swimming pool for children and the terrace overlooking the sea.

Hospitality 10 and praise! The staff is exquisitely kind, welcoming and polite (it doesn't feel like being in Liguria!), the food is very good and the place is quiet and really well kept. We'll be back with pleasure 👍
