Baglio Oneto In Marsala

We spent three nights at Baglio Oneto, which we will always remember. I proposed to my girlfriend during this time, and the entire team did everything before and during our arrival to make this day and our stay extra special. Many thanks again to the entire team. This historic hotel is in an idyllic and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was particularly varied, and the dinner was excellent. We would love to come back. Beautiful property, chic rooms, roll cleaning staff is the best, great service. The pool is breathtaking with a view. The food is awesome. I couldn’t recommend more.

We were fortunate to be invited to a destination wedding held at Baglio Oneto and can't say enough positive things about this amazing place. The food, service, location and accommodations were first class. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience for everyone.

I celebrated my wedding here. The location was charming. The service was attentive. I was assisted by Vincenzo during the preparations and then by Massimo throughout the entire wedding. Both maintained impeccable professionalism and attentiveness. All the guests were delighted with the quality of the dinner. We stayed there for the night and the next day we relaxed by the pool. Everything was perfect.

Overall a really good hotel with very nice staff. However, the air conditioning was very noisy, so we had to turn it off in the evening.

Consistently the best food in western Sicily, especially the wines paired with the dishes, recommended by the sommelier, round out the experience. Be sure to order a cocktail at the outdoor bar beforehand; the view of the entire coast and archipelago at sunset is unparalleled!

I had a comfortable stay & positive experience at Baglio Oneto last week. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling around Sicily who wanted to stop here for a couple of nights as they moved around. The hotel itself is lovely and the views were beautiful. Their on-site wine was great. I would say its a strong 4 star hotel & experience with potential for 5. The Good: The staff were great. From the dinner staff to the cleaning staff as well as the sommelier, everyone was very friendly and attentive. I want to give a special shoutout to Carla who was fantastically helpful before and during my stay. She was very quick to respond to inquiries via WhatsApp regarding the hotel and its services, and helpful with booking hotel activities & taxis alike. She is also very knowledgable about the area. She made my stay very enjoyable, aligning with expectations from a 5 star concierge service. Thank you Carla! :) Also, I found the rooms great in terms of size, cleanliness, etc. The pool was great with beautiful views and it was easy to get a chair every day. Areas of improvement: The bugs were quite bad here, between the ants, mosquitos, fruit flies and wasps, though I will say I did not see any pests in the hotel rooms. There were no staff servicing the pool for drinks and/or food, and there was no pool-side menu. Your only option was to go to the restaurant to order lunch during opening hours, or go to the bar and order a drink that you could then bring down to the pool. Despite being remote, they also did not have anything on site easily available for purchase (sunscreen, etc.). Additionally, the prices for drinks as others have said were astronomical. Any cocktail (ie one aperol spritz) cost 25 euros... The gym was the size of a closet with only room for one treadmill and isn't advertised for use; they suggest a patch of grass outside per the website. To provide a true 5 star experience, especially given the remote location, I would strongly recommend investing in gym space + equipment for guests. Things to Note: The location is fairly remote, so you definitely need a car if you're staying here. If not, it costs 40 euros to go one-way anywhere. Even 5 minutes away to the supermarket, taxis will quote you 40 euros to go there and another 40 euros back. This is the same price to get into Marsala. Also, there is not much to do at the hotel other than sit at the pool or restaurant, so something to keep in mind if you're expecting entertainment/live music or any activity options after dinner. However, as a result it is very relaxing and quiet at night.

Everything was perfect: location, services, restaurant... but what struck us most was the level of professionalism of the staff, who welcomed us with kindness and warmth. A special thanks to Mirko and Giacomo who with their expertise and their smile made our stay even more special.

trovato quasi per caso, sono subito rimasto meravoigliato dall'accoglienza, il garbo e dalla location. Pulizia dei locali, confort e gentilezza del personale, mi hanno fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Dopo, la qualità e la presentazione del cibo hanno fatto il resto. Un ristorante che consiglio vivamente a tutti. Eccellente!
