Luogo incantevole, dove trascorrere ottime cene ,ma anche un ottima pizza,personale davvero gentile ed efficiente, siamo andati molte volte e per noi il ristorante baglio ciachea sempre il top....consiglio.

We celebrated my brother-in-law's 50th birthday... Really very nice environment and super kind in the details of what we asked for and a lot of patience in listening to what we wanted... I recommend it....

I would like to point out this place in Carini (Palermo). It is not my habit to review on the first visit to the place but the temptation was strong; on the occasion of a fixed menu day, selection of top quality products compared to the figure on the menu, but immediately the staff in the dining room are Giovanni / Katia who are super friendly and available in everything (even with some variations to the fixed menu) which say congratulations to the next one.

I had a wonderful New Year!!! I thank everyone, from the room manager Mr. Giovanni, to the room attendants, to the DJ Davide de Spirito, to the speaker... and I continue with all those who are behind the scenes doing a splendid job offering us high quality food. Special thanks to the owners...I started the new year splendidly. ❤️

My son's 18th birthday party was beautiful; everything went well, the food was excellent and the wait staff was professional and polite. The delightful venue with its decorative lights provided the perfect setting for the event. I thank the owner for her availability, Mr. Giovanni and Mrs. Katia for their professionalism, kindness and... patience. Advise.

Very good food - especially the pizza and pasta dishes. Great outdoor dining atmosphere. The service was good too. Would recommend it.

01/12/2024: Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.
15/11/2024: A family place where you feel at home. Friendly and pleasant staff. Mario, the owner, is a professional and customer-focused person.

21/02/2025: we visited this place and spent an evening in company with friends, a very nice place, good and sophisticated cocktails, wonderful and engaging live music, lots of nice people inside... but let's talk about the sore point, the food (I'm speaking for those who decide to have an aperitif) terrible, everything without salt, which could also be fine, but made in a crude manner just to "tighten the stomach", no refinement (for example the arancinette were stringy balls of compressed rice without flavor or seasoning) in short, it's really a shame because taking care of the details and the food is not a detail is putting the icing on the cake which unfortunately didn't happen in this case.
