Baglio Ciachea restaurant In Carini

We had a great time at Baglio Ciachea! We visited for dinner as a family of six, the place is just gorgeous and super chill. The menu was vast and many options were available. We tried several pasta dishes and different appetizers - food was great and service was also really good. Would recommend if you are staying in the area of Capaci!

The location is worth it, and the pizza isn't bad either. Perhaps the music should be kept lower.

We celebrated my 16th birthday at this very well-maintained place. The fish appetizers (salmon and burrata), swordfish caponata, and hot appetizers (potatoes and panelle) were excellent, as was the giropizza. We spent €390 for 12 people. We'll be back!

Last night we celebrated my mom's 70th birthday...what can I say? Everything was perfect!! The location was well-maintained, the staff was present throughout the event and attentive to our every need, the food was excellent with delicate, yet not overwhelming flavors, and the owners were incredibly kind and courteous!!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion...see you next time!

An excellent experience. The beautifully landscaped outdoor garden, the pleasant and tranquil atmosphere, the courteous and friendly staff, the excellent pizza and desserts. The interior dining area is very charming and welcoming. Highly recommended, and reservations are recommended as soon as possible.

I’m writing to share my unforgettable experience and describe the delicious dinner I had at the restaurant. We were in Carini, and we usually asks locals for recommendations. As a fact the majority of them recommended Baglio Ciachea so we called the restaurant to book a table for 7. Our first reaction was 🤩 Wow. The location is amazing. The restaurant is inside an old and enchanting Baglio, with an old And Beautiful Garden. It was April, so still cold. but in Summer time people can dine in the garden, which is a truly experience. Upon our arrival, We were welcomed by two lovely people, Katia and Giovanni, whom customer service is beyond any expectation. Thank you. The menu offers both dining menu and a Pizza menu’, however we decided to go for more a la carte menu’ to get the full experience. The highlight of our experience were pasta with Astice (Lobster), a very delicacy, pasta with squid ink, which if you love fish you can’t absolutely miss it. We proceed with a recommendation from the staff, which included “Salmone in crosta and Red prawns) , which was absolutely delicious. Lastly our dessert was a Tprtino Morbido di Cioccolato. A cake with a soft chocolate mousse. Absolutely delicious. Thank you guys for the customer service and amazing food. We will definitely be back soon. if you are in Sicily it is worth the visit :)

Posto suggestivo sia per la location interna che per l’esterno con un meraviglioso giardino sotto le stelle che ti dà la sensazione di essere protagonista di una magica e romantica favola . I proprietari e il personale sono gentili e molto professionali . Ma andiamo al cibo . Le pizze, sono in assoluto le migliori che io abbia mai gustato. Infatti ho girato tanti locali dove ho mangiato la pizza sia a Palermo che nelle zone limitrofe , ma a Baglio Ciachea sanno esattamente come creare un’ottima pizza con impasti soffici ed ingredienti di prima qualità . Consiglio a tutti di provare. Per quanto riguarda i piatti da ristorante qualsiasi cosa decidiate di ordinare, sarà tutto super buono e cucinato con alta competenza e con materie prime sempre fresche e di ottima qualità. Il primo che a noi piace tantissimo sono gli spaghetti ai ricci. Senza ombra di dubbio andate e provate !!! Infine, ogni piatto o pizza che viene portato al tavolo è sempre curato anche esteticamente con dettagli che fanno la differenza , tutto ciò grazie non solo alla creatività dello chef ma anche del personale attento, nello specifico grazie a Katia e a Giovanni che con la loro professionalità rendono un pranzo o una cena particolari .
