The ice cream is delicious but attention to detail, particularly hygiene, is lacking. Meanwhile, the lady at the checkout treats customers differently. He didn't even say hello to me when I said good morning and thank you. Then for no reason he touches my card, after touching his face, nose and hair within a few seconds and gives me the receipt. The lady in charge of the ice cream takes the receipt from me, checks it and throws it away after crumpling it well in her hands. Then he takes a cone from me, sticks a finger inside the cone, other fingers resting outside the cone and turns it several times to wrap the base of the cone in the paper. This operation makes no sense and is not hygienic. I haven't seen it done in any other ice cream shop and I go to ice cream shops very often.

Beautiful historic pastry shop in Florence. Large assortment of pastas. Very good coffee and cappuccino. Delicious ice cream, try the Buontalenti flavour. Definitely recommended for a sweet break

Penso che sia una delle migliori gelaterie di Firenze. Il Buontalenti fa parte della storia del gelato e loro portano avanti questa tradizione con rispetto e qualità eccelsa. Per il resto ottima pasticceria in splendido locale

Gelato molto gustoso e posto elegantissimo. Prezzi un pochino elevati. Abbiamo pagato 8 euro per 2 coppette piccole. Ma se volete provare un buon gelato ve lo consiglio.

Il gelato è eccezionale decisamente il migliore di Firenze. Per qualità e che ha prezzi onesti. Si parte da 3€ e considerando che uno confezionato costa almeno 2,50 la qualità rispetto al prezzo è ottima
