It's a place that has improved over time. It's lovely in the summer with outdoor seating. The sandwiches are delicious. The beer is excellent.

Interesting brewpub located in Rodengo Saiano. I drank the SARNEGHERA, which was truly top-notch. The pinsa with formaggella and salami, wow.

Che dire…accoglienza pessima! Nemmeno un saluto di accoglienza, personale poco brillante e sgarbato. Nonostante tutto la birra è ottima ma personalmente per colpa del personale farei fatica a proporlo e a ritornarci.

05/10/2025: The perfect trattoria for a business lunch break. Very fast service, very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes. The dishes are carefully prepared, typical of local tradition, generous, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The prices are absolutely in line with the offerings and are affordable. Parking is available in front of the trattoria. Kudos to everyone for the impeccable speed and quality of service. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.
02/10/2025: Excellent for business lunches, I went with my daughter-in-law and we had a great time.
