The food at Baccano was good and well-prepared, with nearly decent portions and fresh ingredients. However, overall, the experience left me feeling unsatisfied. While there was nothing particularly wrong, it just didn’t meet my expectations.

Casual place, with extended timetable, open even late at night, for easy meals with friends or families. In the midst of the heavily touristic area near Fontana di Trevi.

They recommended we order a starter because carbonara pasta takes a while to make, and they brought us both the starter and main course together... Expensive for what it really is.

Ragazzi, forse locale un po' impersonale (vista la zona devono soddisfare tanta gente), forse un po' caro (vista la zona ci può stare) ma sono molto attenti al cliente, il cibo è davvero buono e il locale mi è piaciuto. unica pecca le bollicine servite a temperatura non abbastanza bassa. Complimenti!

Locale in zona centrale a due passi da Fontana di Trevi. Accoglienza di alto livello, location bella e spaziosa. Camerieri gentilissimi e riservati. Cibo ottimo ( baccalà , carciofo alla giudia, cacio e pepe e carbonara ) e dolce preparato sul posto ECCEZIONALE !

14/05/2025: Acabo de volver de Roma (voy a menudo) y comí dos veces en 4 días en La Pace; los propietarios - dinamo culinaria Chef Francesco, junto con Fabbiana encantadora, ingenioso Papa` Renato, y el camarero maravillosamente encantador Klevio son el Equipo A!!! El ambiente es fabuloso, pero el ambiente familiar es lo que hace este lugar tan especial y atractivo. Nuestra segunda noche, tuvimos por primera vez (después de años de comer aquí!) la Carbonara clásica y... fue posiblemente la MEJOR que he tenido en mi vida... y viví en Roma a tiempo parcial durante 14 años y comí 100 s de Carbonare. SIMPLEMENTE ESPECTACULAR. . . luego para secondi tuvimos el Ossobuco especial, que era tan increíble y delicioso como innovadoramente preparado. Además, el Abbacchio fue una revolución completa en la preparación, con la carne de cordero tierna triturada y empanada y frita rápidamente, servida con una crema de calabacín! ¡Los Contorni también son TOP! ¡El postre eran fresas locales con crema fresca! Este lugar mágico nunca decepciona... VAMOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
08/05/2025: Cocina que es un corte por encima de la competencia. El aperitivo de alcachofa romana y los rigatoni amatriciana eran sublimes, en serio. Muy amable, servicial camarero. Precios razonables y una excelente relación calidad-precio, dada la calidad de la comida.

12/05/2025: En pocas palabras, esta fue la mejor carbonara de espagueti que he probado. El cacio e pepe también fue un gran ganador. No hay nada como lo real. Y a un gran precio también. Sin lujos. Pero no puedes dar lujos. Pero definitivamente deberías comer aquí.
10/04/2025: O unico problema e a quantidade restrita de mesas em razão do Jubileu ! Comida muito boa ! Dono muito simpatico ! Preço exelente ! Voltaria com certeza !
