Excellent carbonara, tiramisu not up to par. Splendid staff

We have been to this wonderful restaurant twice and we were delighted by the professionalism of the staff, high quality food, friendly, professional, helpful and smiling staff, a particular thanks to the deputy manager and the boy who takes care of the wines but also to the girl who takes care of the reservations and accounts who was very nice, helpful and elegant in carrying out her duties, thanks again and congratulations 🍾 🔝

Never have we had an experience as good as this one. Food was wonderful, drinks were great and all based on recommendations made by our wonderful waitress Alex. Would come again and again.

Lovely and tasty restaurant near the Trevi fountain it was recommended by the Concierge of the hotel that we were staying at. It is my second time here and quality is still consistent. A bit on the pricey side as it is an upscale restaurant, however it is really good.

Yes, the prices are not cheap ☺️✨ But the food presentation is amazing. They have a fish menu, but meat is also available. I think tiramisu is great. We preferred the meat options (beef) on the menu. Pomodoro pasta as additional pasta. Lonely Vinchi is one of the best waiters✨

A due passi dalla Fontana di Trevi , questo locale apparentemente turistico e simile ai moltissimi altri esistenti nella zona, offre una cucina non solo ricca di piatti della tradizione italiana e romana in particolare , ma di ottima qualità . Squisiti i carciofi alla giudia ( fra i migliori mai mangiati a Roma), spettacolare la parmigiana alla Baccano, ottimi e saporiti i tortellini al doppio formaggio , tenerissimo e gustoso il filetto al pepe verde. Per non parlare dei dolci. I mini bomboloni con cioccolata e crema ed il tiramisù preparato al tavolo sono stati davvero buonissimi. Il tutto in un ambiente gradevole, ampio , ma intimo allo stesso tempo e allietato dalla cortesia ed efficienza del personale di sala. Cosa abbastanza rara da trovare! Un particolare ringraziamento alla Sig.na Silvia per la sua gentilezza ed i suoi consigli preziosi. Prezzi in linea con il livello del ristorante e la qualità dei prodotti . Lo consiglio vivamente .

Parmi tous les déjeuners romains qui ont rythmé notre séjour, le Baccano se détache sans conteste. Un service impeccable, une carte qui nous a séduits par sa diversité, des plats savoureux qui ont comblé toutes nos attentes... Et quelle ambiance ! Le décor est magnifique et la chaleur de la terrasse, même par temps frais, a rendu notre repas inoubliable. Le Baccano est un incontournable à Rome, et nous y retournerons les yeux fermés lors de notre prochaine visite.

Excellent drinks and aperitifs: three tastings for €10. The restaurant is also excellent, but definitely more expensive than when I went there 2 years ago. First courses around 20 euros, second courses 33 euros. Excellent value for money salads.
