Great atmosphere! The service was not long at all, efficient and pleasant and the meals delicious. I highly recommend the burrata as a starter!

I've been there several times, and it's always a sure thing! The menu caters to all tastes, with a selection of excellent ingredients. The owner, Costantino, makes exceptional cocktails! The space is small but very welcoming.

If you're in Lucca, eat here. Vale is super nice, the food is amazing, and the place is right in the center but away from the tourist crowds. Everything we ordered was a 10 out of 10.

We arrived almost by chance on a Monday for lunch. Even though it was late (2:30 PM), the young, smiling staff welcomed us. We had a wonderful lunch, sampling typical Tuscan dishes. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant was an amazing place. We enjoyed our meal immensely. We could not decide who had ordered the best dish. My favorite the pumpkin gnocchi with walnut sauce. If you come to Lucca come to Baccanale.

05/07/2025: Great experience, it's the second time I've been to this place and so I think I can leave a truthful review. - The service is excellent, since the waiter is kind, polite and fast. - the menu has a good choice. - nice and welcoming environment. The quality of the meat is definitely excellent, soft, easy to chew and tasty. A flaw, in my opinion and both times, is that there is a lack of indirect cooking to even out the temperature of the steak, it was hot on the sides while it was colder in the center, but this doesn't change my opinion. I recommend this place.

16/07/2025: A very nice place to sit. The Aperol Spritz with bruschetta for €6 is simply a must-have. In my opinion, they also offer original Aperol. The bruschetta is very tasty. Anyone who complains should show me something else for a better price. The food is also highly recommended. The pizza is very tasty, the crust is top-notch. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant and would be happy to return.
