Small Bistro near Piazza Anfiteatro and S. Michele. The tordelli al ragout are out of this world!!!! Very friendly and welcoming service, dishes prepared in a way with local recipes. Even the meat tartare was special. It is not the classic tourist trap place.

Great place, fantastic restaurant with a bit of bony charm from the boss of the house. Very confident with his food, I like it a lot and it was totally justified!

Excellent food. Although I ordered the Tuna Tatare, I was served the Beef Tatare (not an issue for me, and it was superb, but such mix-ups should not happen). Quality overall seemed very high. Would definitely return to eat again.

Being foodies, we scope places out during our daily passegiatta.
Could not have been happier with the food and the service at Baccanale.
The food presentation was excellent, and delectable. Prices all better than expected.
We will return when we are back in Lucca
Book in advance, this place is popular with the locals.

A small square in the center of Lucca, not exactly in the chaos of walking, in a corner you find this very nice place, we stopped here for an aperitif, we took a tasting platter which included a glass of wine for only €15! Excellent cold cuts and cheeses! Excellent wine!
They also brought me gluten-free bread and gluten-free cold cuts! Thanks for the welcome,

Nice but small place, in the small internal room the door is always open for outside service and therefore it gets cold after a while. Fast service and courteous staff. We ate well, the wine selection was also excellent. Average prices for Lucca, there is no parking. It is advisable to book.
