A family environment where kindness reigns supreme! Well-kept, clean, the freshness (it really should be said) and the quality of the ingredients reign supreme! Delicious ice cream, generous portions and honest value for money! The staff were polite and friendly. For me, the best ice cream in the lagoon.

Some of the best ice cream possible in Venice. Tastes super authentic (none of the fluffed up, preservative filled gelatos you find near Saint Marks Square). Also very reasonably priced, much cheaper than the central competitors. Can highly recommend their mango smoothie (with fresh mango gelato). Was the perfect treat on a boiling hot day

A big ice cream lover, each of my trips is punctuated by a tasting of the city's artisanal ice creams. Coming across this one by chance, I made it my daily appointment every day of my Venetian stay. This glacier masters lightness and indulgence, creaminess and flavor. A pleasure that we consume without moderation.

Believe all the reviews stating this is the best gelato in Venice--it truly is. We lined up at all the renowned placed that draw crowds in the centre and none of them came close to Bacaro del Gelato! Pistacchio was the star but we loved all the flavours we tried!

Great gelato, one of the best we've ever had. We tried moretto pistacchio (wow! - best one), nocciola, fragola, ciocciolato fondante, giogio bagiogio (salted carmel - great!), yogurt maracuja, cioccococco, cocconocciola, crema del bacaro. Best gelateria in Venice!

24/08/2024: This was the best tasting I have ever experienced. The food was great - taste, presentation, and even quantity. I usually leave tastings kind of hungry, but that was not the case at Glam. Great variety - really can’t even describe how good everything was. We did the tour of Italy wine pairings which were fantastic. Many times at other restaurants the wines paired with each plate are good and maybe bring out some of the flavors, but this was on a whole other level. The sommelier Octavio was the best - every pairing was nothing short of excellent. Can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was!

Pasticceria Da Bonifacio

09/08/2024: Latest review from somebody is accurate, we walked over today (Aug 9th) only to find it is closed. Not sure if it's permanent or not. Visited nearby Emilio Colussi on the next street which was very good.
29/07/2024: A wonderful place for morning coffee and something sweet 😊 Very nice staff and affordable prices. We paid around 7 euros for two coffees and two cakes. I recommend it 🥰
