Excellent fish, the raw fish platter superb.
The professional, highly trained staff make you feel at home with their cheerful, friendly service and great knowledge. The atmosphere is unique and very welcoming. I would call it a treasure trove of flavors. If you've been missing an experience like this, try it.

We had lunch at this restaurant with great anticipation after winning four restaurants. As expected, we ate well. The restaurant was small but very quaint and intimate. The tartare was delicious and the desserts were very good. We'll definitely be back.

Let me start by saying we knew about the bacaro even before Borghese arrived and had been wanting to go for a while... and we'll definitely be back. We booked for two, but at the last minute we booked for three, and despite the location being small (which I LOVE), Cristina and her staff still accommodated us... always with a smile. What can I say... the quality of the dishes, the freshness of the fish, I think among the best I've tried so far, the cuisine is truly wow-inducing... you can really taste the passion... and everyone's kindness made us feel at home. The price was more than reasonable, what more can I say... keep up the good work! Thanks for this experience! See you soon!

Welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and carefully prepared dishes with generous portions. Mussels with Gorgonzola cream, a surprising pairing; fish in saor with salicornia, a true delight; "three orgasms" linguine with bottarga and clams, a fitting name and a bold flavor; scallops-filled ravioli with tomato sauce, delicate and flavorful. Homemade desserts, the perfect finish.
All washed down with an excellent Lugana.
A restaurant that combines quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!!!

I've never eaten there, but after seeing four restaurants, I have to say that if I were ever in Chioggia, I would ONLY eat there! I mean, it made me forget about all the other restaurants... the episode isn't over yet, but if she doesn't win, I'll stop watching the series... Let's see what happens...

I wanted to try this restaurant after the success of 4 Ristoranti.
We ate well, but I expected a little more. I ordered the bigoli with sardines, and they were completely undercooked. The sauce also had a very sweet note, probably due to the significant addition of stewed onion. It's a shame, because the sardines were completely gone. The soft-shell crabs with polenta were good, although I've had better. Spaghetti with clams (the menu says "lupini and veraci") were good, but in reality they were almost all lupini (which was fine for us because we love the taste and culture of lupini over veraci).
The prices are high, which the managers claim are justified by the high quality of the products, but those familiar with fish, Chioggia, and the cost of produce might struggle to agree.
A very, very small place, but managed with great care.

Just last night I ate at this bacaro!!
Small but very beautiful and characteristic place
I ATE AMAZING🥰, the quality of the ingredients was excellent!
The spaghetti with clams was excellent, the mussels were exquisite, and the catch of the day was exquisite, which was displayed before you sat down.
We ordered sea bass and turbot baked in the oven with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and capers... I apologize for forgetting to take a photo of this dish... I devoured it immediately 🤣!!!
The staff is very, very kind...
The only downside is that the service is a bit rushed due to double seating... but there's no arguing with their kindness, and especially with the food we ate, which I emphasize was still excellent!
Good wine cellar too!!! 💕
