Historic bakery in Varzi. Exceptional products, bread, pizzas, baked desserts and during festive periods panettone and doves of superior quality!!

What can I say. Super biscuits (braids, donuts, almonds), superlative cakes, wonderful tarts. The service is a bit rustic, and sometimes the shop seems abandoned, but then someone appears from the back... It's worth the trip from Val Curone where I often go in the summer. There is also an online shop.

27/03/2025: The first courses and the pizza are excellent. Fast service and friendly, courteous staff. Advised.
25/03/2025: If by some strange twist of fate you find yourself lost on the Pavia ring roads, go and console yourself with an excellent pizza at Lo Sciabecco. A leap into the 80s, a place that immediately becomes noisy as soon as there are more than 5 people, unlikely wall colors, and profiteroles for dessert. But above all, I repeat, the pizza is excellent, if you like it thin and crispy, tasty and succulent. Very kind service.
