Optimal. The structure is on the ground floor, the environment is sober and clean. I have dined in this restaurant several times, both with family and with work colleagues. I tasted both the pizza and the second courses, I was always satisfied. I recommend the pizza for its soft dough and digestibility, as for the meat I found the slices excellent.

Very tidy and clean environment, friendly owner and very efficient staff. Extraordinary pizza, with fresh quality products, and if you want to eat fish, keep it in mind because especially at the weekend it is well stocked with absolutely fresh fish!

While looking for a place in the Telesina valley that was open on Mondays, we were lucky enough to come across Azimut. We tried the pizzeria first, then the kitchen. Absolutely recommended, top notch pizza (very light dough and excellent toppings) and also cuisine, generous portions and very honest prices.

I went to this place for the first time and I was really surprised. As an appetizer we took a platter of local cured meats and cheeses which left us speechless, the cured meats offered an authentic and intense flavour. The first courses also deserve a special mention: tasty and well seasoned! The meat with local potatoes is also good, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly flavored and cooked just right. A notable aspect is certainly the quality-price ratio: for what the place offers, the prices are more than honest, making the culinary experience accessible to everyone. Furthermore, the possibility of parking near the venue is an added value that facilitates the visit, making the location even more convenient. Overall, a dining experience that does not disappoint in any respect.

03/11/2024: A real country trattoria. Genuine food, generous portions, home cooking that doesn't disappoint. Unparalleled value for money. Pasqualina, a passionate cook, it will be a miracle to still find such genuine places in 2024. For celiacs it is a true paradise...fresh homemade sandwiches, handmade gnocchi, desserts and staples baked right at the end of lunch. The celiac here is not the usual uncomfortable guest but the most pampered guest. Let's hope that this great little masterpiece never changes...

Quanto Basta

31/12/2024: Cold but warm evening inside this unexpectedly beautiful place, with large rooms and lots and lots of people. We took several pizzas to try a bit of everything, the margherita was excellent, like the Mediterranean one, unfortunately the Parisian one was a disappointment (in short, a pizza combined with a parmigiana) with a flavor similar to baked pasta, eaten with the bread, it wasn't a nice taste to remember. Access to the room is for everyone, only some rooms are accessed via stairs, I found the toilets clean with some attention to detail to improve. Parking is one of the flaws, you have to hope to find a place on the street. The beautician of the place is really charming, with very nice decorations for the Christmas occasion, the place heated in the right way, very courteous owners and also the waiters, all equipped with earphones to communicate with each other. A strange thing that happened, we had a 13-seater table, but there were 11 of us, we still paid for 13 covers 🤔. Anyway, nice evening, I'll be back.
16/12/2024: Innovative place, kind and courteous staff, plentiful and tasty dishes, owner Dario available and very kind. After eating something rare they also offered us bitters I highly recommend coming here because you feel at home Keep it up ☺️
