Andare al Sa Mandra e’ un’esperienza indimenticabile (ci eravamo stati 20 anni fa) perché prima ancor di mangiare si entra nel mondo contadino sardo con diverse stanze da visitare adibite con quella che è la tradizione dell’isola; i maialini in cottura nel caminetto a legna comunque e’ l’emblema della serata. La cena merita davvero per entrare nel mondo culinario sardo.
