I'm a little late with the review, we visited the company two months ago twice, once as representatives of the G.A.S. of Curno (Bg) and once with the guided tour including lunch. It was an exceptional experience, Davide and his wife are two exquisite people who love their work and do it with their heart, we learned a lot of things, we recommend the guided tour to everyone, they explain in detail everything that goes into the production of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, and the divine lunch with 0 km products ... we are campers and we stopped right outside, the breathtaking landscape ... and the cheeses, milk and yogurt, we tried them all and they were all excellent ... we will definitely return and probably soon :) ... oh I forgot: we autographed a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano just produced and we will open it in two years, mmmmm how delicious! A beautiful day in a breathtaking location. The guided tour was very interesting, led by someone who tests the produce firsthand every day. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was excellent, and the attention to animal welfare was truly remarkable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was eclectic and very helpful. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Wonderful dairy! Kindness, professionalism, and friendliness are their ingredients! The location is beautiful with a breathtaking view. We took the guided tour, which was detailed and satisfying, and then finished with a tasting. There's a small shop where you can buy their products. Highly recommended!
