I would have preferred to read a menu, rather than be told what there was to eat without knowing the prices.

Azetium is one of those rare places where you immediately feel at home, but with the quality and attention to detail of a top-notch restaurant. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is warm, familiar, and uncluttered: here, you can feel authenticity and passion. The service is attentive, and the staff treats you like an old friend! And then the food... simply exceptional. Selected ingredients of unparalleled quality, dishes crafted with attention to the smallest details, authentic flavor. It's the kind of cuisine that pampers and surprises you at the same time. A restaurant that makes you want to return, not just to eat well, but to feel like you've come to the right place!!! Excellent and simply delicious! Every dish is a true poem – prepared with love, creatively interpreted, and full of flavor. Since Antonio himself is gluten-free, the choices were almost endless for me, which is a rarity and a great gift, especially for people with intolerances. We ate here two evenings in a row and each time experienced a wonderful culinary journey. Absolutely recommended – we'd love to come back!

Azetium in Rutigliano offers a pleasant experience thanks to its ambiance, which boasts both a beautiful interior with tuff walls and an outdoor garden. The service is attentive and good, contributing to a comfortable evening. Regarding the location, I would recommend replacing the plastic outdoor chairs, which lower the perceived quality. As for the cuisine, the offerings are good but average, without any standout highlights.

Everything was fine, the portions were adequate, the appetizers were good, there were a few issues with the pizzas, but they were promptly resolved by the staff.

A cena in questo ristorante / pizzeria con amici del posto. Location molto suggestiva all'interno di un vecchio frantoio in pietra. Possibilità di cenare anche nel patio esterno. Personale gentile e servizio abbastanza celere. Menù piuttosto variegato della tradizione pugliese. Abbiamo gustato gli antipasti della casa (per 4 persone, caldi e freddi, mare e terra) e poi a seguire le pizze e i dolci per tutti, acqua, coca cola, birra e per concludere gli amari. Tutto davvero molto buono e gustoso. Eravamo in undici e abbiamo pagato circa 21 euro a persona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente per degustare le altre specialità del menù.
