We came to this restaurant as guests of friends. On the outskirts of Rutigliano, a beautiful place, an ancient building made entirely of tuff. At the far end is a beautiful garden where you can eat in good weather. Cozy atmosphere, open kitchen. They also have a pizzeria. There are land and sea proposals. We have chosen a mixed proposal. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are attentive to intolerances. He ate well. The desserts are also good. Good wine list.

Descubrí Azetium hace 5 años en un viaje familiar a la ciudad natal de mis padres. Me quedé impresionado por lo que habían hecho para convertir la antigua almazara en un hermoso restaurante. La comida y el servicio son excepcionales. La cocina es consistente con las tradiciones apulianas, pero también es innovadora. Todo está delicioso, pero me gusta particularmente el tagliatelle con barolo y salchicha. Estoy de vuelta en mi ciudad natal y soy habitual en este restaurante. En mi opinión, deberían ser calificados como el restaurante # 1 en Rutigliano.

Locale a me noto da tempo tramite raccomandazioni di amici e finalmente ho avuto modo di provarlo. La location è rustica, ma all'interno è ben curata e illuminata. Belli i banconi e carine le sedie colorate. Norme sull'accessibilità rispettate a pieno, aspetto purtroppo ancora trascurato altrove. Servizio praticamente perfetto. C'è tutto: professionalità, efficienza, simpatia, ecc. La cucina e il menù sono eccellenti. Giro di antipasti perfetto per varietà, quantità e qualità. Strabuone le polpette cacio e pepe! Il primo, da quanto raccontatomi dagli amici di cui sopra, è il cavallo da battaglia del menù: le tagliatelle funghi e salsiccia al barolo rosso. Sublimi! Tenerissima e buonissima la carne del secondo. Infine il dolce... Signori, la torta ricotta e pera per me vale da sola il ritorno: MEMORABILE! Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo. Da tornarci al più presto.

I have always loved this restaurant and, to be honest, I still love it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the waiters are always kind and professional, a presence that makes the service truly impeccable. Unfortunately, however, I have to say that the prices have become really exorbitant compared to the portions offered. The pizzas, for example, although thin and tasty, are definitely too expensive for the quantity. The same goes for the appetizers. I'm sorry to say, but with these prices I can no longer justify a visit.
