Everything was delicious. It's not just a dinner, but a journey into the passion of the guys who run the place, who are brilliant.

The quality of the food undoubtedly deserves recognition: the tataki were excellent, as were two of the three desserts; the other courses, while good, were not unforgettable.
The real sticking point lies in the setting: an overly informal atmosphere, perhaps intended to create a relaxed atmosphere, sometimes translates into a chaotic and annoying environment. The staff's constant encouragement to "relax" and not worry, combined with the behavior of some diners, made the experience less pleasant, particularly at the counter, where the proximity to loud conversations or dramatic gestures is difficult to ignore.
The service's focus on ensuring a free and uninhibited experience should be accompanied by equal care in preserving tranquility and respect for the setting, so as to truly allow guests to enjoy their dinner in peace.

Definitely worth a visit. Service was warm and welcoming from start to finish. Fish was excellent and the menu was very educational and fun. I loved the second part of the Italian influence. I hope to have a chance to visit again.

I'll start by saying that I was very curious to try Azabu 10, but it's a shame Andrea wasn't there due to external events, but oh well. We were expecting a trip to Japan, and instead, to my sweetheart's great surprise, we were treated to an experience that I dare say is Nikkei cuisine, or rather, Japanese cuisine with a strong South American influence... oh yes!!! In particular, we saw that they use many Peruvian products... anyway, the dishes were tasty, some stratospheric, others a little less so, but still very, very good... we enjoyed everything from the first to the last bite, perhaps lacking a little on the sweet side at the end, but be careful, not that the desserts weren't good, but rather they were small; let's just say they were so tasty that those two small bites were perhaps a bit too much. An experience definitely worth repeating as soon as they change the menu to try new things. Overall, a very lively and fun dinner, the guys explained everything in great detail, the staff was super courteous and very polite. Well done!!! Noteworthy dishes: sea lemon ceviche with aji panca, Japanese BBQ turbot, all the nigiri and usuzukuri, devastating lacquered eel, bonito tataki, amberjack sashimi and of course the desserts!

What can I say? It's definitely one of the best dinners I've ever had. The Omakase menu was a surprise from the first course to the last, with every single dish carefully thought out and, in my opinion, always a success. The first course focused on raw fish and was exceptional, while the second, more experimental, was a discovery. Not to mention the insanity of the eel pre-dessert and one of the desserts featuring shrimp. Brilliant!
However, the best part of the evening was probably not the food itself, but the professionalism and friendliness of the team. We went in not knowing anyone and left as cousins or classmates of the staff and the chef.
P.S. The staff told me to write a negative review of the chef, but I really don't think I will.
Well done, keep up the good work! I'll look for more opportunities to come up from Sicily and visit you for other experiences.

Since discovering this place, I've had a hard time appreciating other sushi restaurants in Milan!
The experience is truly unmissable: the guys at azabu10 have incredible knowledge and attention to every detail, from the choice of fish to the presentation. You can sense their passion, technique, and respect for Japanese tradition, but with a personal touch that makes each dish unique.

Drawn by social media and the constant promotions I saw, I decided to book.
A single menu of about 25 courses, including dessert, cost €158 excluding drinks.
The raw ingredients were wow, but the dishes, about 7-9, were truly unforgettable—too few out of the 25 total.
The other dishes were good, however, but the chef's explanations were sometimes much more detailed than the final flavor.
The atmosphere was beautiful, intimate. Table for 10.
The only flaw of the evening was the drinks: they offered to pair the wine/sake tasting with the courses, but there was no real pairing. Depending on when we finished our glass, a new drink was brought (so there was no careful consideration in pairing the dishes). In fact, we asked and were told to let ourselves be guided.
If I remember correctly, we spent about 60
euros each to add the tasting.
Finally, we were offered a bitter aftertaste. We chose a Japanese whiskey (very good, mind you), but without showing us the after-dinner price list, we found ourselves with an extra €54 on our bill (€27 per glass). Was it our mistake too, not asking for the price? Maybe, but if you have prices like that on the menu, I think it's fair to point that out to the customer and not just ask if we'd like an after-dinner drink…
The wait staff was very young, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Overall, a good experience, but some things could be improved.

I was drawn to this restaurant primarily through social media, partly due to my curiosity about the new omakase menu. Some dishes were interesting, but overall, the experience didn't quite live up to my expectations.
The service was attentive to some extent, but during the second sitting (with the counter change and the arrival of new customers), there was some confusion, which inevitably affected the flow of the dinner.

Writing reviews isn't my forte, in fact, I almost never do them. But this omakase experience struck me so deeply that I have one thing to say.... Treat yourself and try it. Sublime.

An intimate restaurant with a Tokyo-style design: the counter overlooks open-view cells for aging the fish, and every detail is meticulously crafted. It feels like being at a small chef's table seating 10, ideal for a shared experience.
The Omakase experience is unmissable!
The dishes blend Japanese techniques like Edomae and the dry-aging of Mediterranean fish. The team is young, passionate, and engaging: Chef Andrea Arcieri personally explains each course, delivering a true gastronomic ritual. The selection of natural wines and sake is recommended by sommelier Yuzan Tada Baldwin, with surprising pairings.
Perfect for those seeking a sensory and creative journey, not a traditional sushi dinner. If you're curious and ready to trust the chef, prepare yourself for a high-level Milanese experience.
