Well.. there is little to say, a pure spectacle, I was there for dinner last night for the first time as I came to visit the city, excellent from every point of view, highly recommended: starting from the explosion of flavors that every single course leaves you with... the chef's passion can be felt; the plates looked like paintings. To the friendliness, professionalism and kindness of the waiter, quick and pleasant. I have nothing else to add, a wonderful experience that I would do again and again if I were to return to visit Perugia, truly top quality, you can't help but try this place at least once, thank you very much!!!

Wonderful! Controverso tasting menu was delicious (and a bit surprising). Can only recommend. Can’t post pics as it would spoil the surprise 😉.

Wow-after reading the reviews I went to Avverso with high expectations and was not disappointed. It’s a very quiet and intimate restaurant, about 10 tables, and tastefully decorated. Just one waitress and one chef but what great service and the food was to die for. We went for the Surprise Menu which was fantastic, each course beautifully presented and oh so tasty. Our red wine choice accompanied the food very well. And coming from London the total price was a steal. I can not rate this restaurant enough, a real pleasure and event to visit.

Bellissima esperienza, cibi elaborati con sapienza e presentati in modo perfetto. Do 10 a tutti i piatti, tranne ai ravioli di carciofo con funghi porcini e nocciole. Cameriera gentilissima e bravissima a gestire tutta la sala.

Exceptional experience, I have already been a couple of times but for Valentine's evening the respect towards the diners was fantastic they made us spend a wonderful evening pampered in a fantastic atmosphere accompanied by unique dishes that left us speechless every bite. Congratulations for your service and thank you for the fabulous experience.

12/12/2024: I was at the Caminetto restaurant by pure chance and it was a great surprise. We took 2 strascinati alla Norcina, portion more than right, very balanced consistencies and flavours. For the second course we had the grilled lamb with rosemary potatoes and the braised veal cheek with puree. Here we could see the chef's hand very well, the raw materials are really good and crafted with skill. The braised cheek is simply butter and the mash perfectly smooth and perfectly flavoured, the rosemary potatoes are often a flaw in the restaurants I have tried, these melt in your mouth, cooked to perfection, grilled lamb juicy and flavourful. High quality desserts. Prices more than fair. I will definitely go back.

26/08/2024: What can I say? Magnificent experience. I thank all the staff but especially Bruno and Marisella, sublime hosts. The place is wonderful, the food is spectacular. You feel pampered. The perfect place for those who want to find peace and relaxation, without giving up good food. It's like being with family. Absolutely recommended ❤️
