Regarding paella, in Spanish tradition, it's normal for a light crust called "socarrat" to form on the bottom of the dish, considered a real plus to the dish and not a flaw. This layer gives the characteristic and unique flavor that makes paella authentic. Regarding children's pasta, the menu often offers simple options to please the little ones, and I'm surprised by your comment about the sauce, which is usually made fresh and with quality ingredients. Regarding the price of paella, I agree that it's a dish designed for at least two people, as indicated on the menu, and I personally believe the quality and quantity justify the price. Finally, I'm sorry about the experience with the sangria, but I hope it was an isolated incident and not representative of the overall quality of the place. In any case, I encourage you to give this place another chance; I think it deserves to be discovered with an open mind.

I was surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail put into the dishes. There were six of us, we ordered different dishes, and really nothing to complain about. Top. A very good restaurant where you can try many small dishes (which are still plentiful) of tapas, something for all tastes and even suitable for those who don't like meat or fish. Good wines, quick service.

Very good food, perhaps some dishes a little pricey for the quantity served, but all delicious and tasty. Good wine, and very friendly service! I'll be back.
