We found this restaurant by chance while wandering through the streets of Tivoli and luck has it. It was just the two of us that evening and we were made very welcome by the manager and the chef. We trusted the chef's meal so that surprise dishes, we only knew that it would be a meat meal. We were delighted by the different dishes offered, all tasty, unique and pleasant flavors in the mouth, perfect cooking of the meat and the plates of true masterpieces. Special mention to the homemade rolls, all different in taste and with original shapes. For 45 euros we had an appetizer, a starter, a pasta dish, a meat dish and a dessert. Free homemade digestive. Classic spritz and homemade limoncello spritz, very good and inexpensive. We had some olive oil that we had tasted during the meal. Go there with your eyes closed! We will come back to it... Don't go your way, it would be a shame.

Absolutely worth trying, it's a real treat in every way

Returning to Puglia, from Florence, four of us, two couples, stopped in Tivoli for lunch. We entrusted ourselves to the chef who truly amazed us with dishes, apparently simple but with a new and refined taste, prepared with exceptional technique both in the cooking methods and in the combination of ingredients. Dinner for a couple, we were guided by the chef with a tasting menu and we were very satisfied. Tasty, fresh, well-cooked food, with special but never risky suggestions. Friendly staff. Price aligned with expectations. Thank you

A little small place but excellent food

Enjoyed a lovely dinner here! In addition to our main dishes (a nduja ravioli and a sublime beet linguine with bacon and a Parmesan cream), there were lovely surprises such as an amuse bouche, lovely breads and their homemade limoncello. The friendly chef walked us through the menu so we could make informed choices. The space is charming as well. Definitely recommend!
