Autogrill Duino Sud In Duino-aurisina

Not enough staff, you have to wait in two long lines to pay and get coffee. They make excellent coffee, but they don't do a proper Beilis because it's on the highway. But they sell alcohol in bottles, what's the logic behind that? We just learned that to enter Slovenia and Croatia you need to have a fire extinguisher in your car...

You can no longer purchase e-vignettes for Slovenia. You must go to the next service station, Gonars Sud.

Typical service area with a very rude bartender to say the least

It's hell, only one cash register open but the selection is large

The young man at the checkout is very friendly

It's not like it used to be... a coffee is welcome, truck supplies and gifts aren't very many anymore, if there are, they're expensive

It's okay. The restrooms are relatively clean. The showers are currently open. No ID or key collection required. Video below.

Last service station before Trieste

From 2 to 5 stars. Finally renovated, with the option of outdoor dining in a dedicated area. No comparison to the Autogrill that was there before the renovations, and especially not to the horrid prefabricated building that replaced it for too long (due to Covid-19) during the renovations. Please note: the rating applies to the Autogrill and not to the Kerotis gas station, which I believe charges the highest prices in Italy.

Bell autogrill excellent coffee and many products on offer
