If you manage to stay at 45, there's a good hot shower, a decent toilet, and a 20-minute walk to the sea. There's a room with a washing machine (10 euros) and coffee makers for 1 euro. My colleagues might be unlucky, but they always gave me the keys to the shower in exchange for an ID card.

I love Autogrill, this is a great station and amazing people work here! Very clean and friendly staff (Miss Fiama, Mario, …). I can recommend stopping here!
