12/06/2025: I have been eating cones at McDonald's for ten years, but unfortunately today I got a completely melted one. I just walked out the door, it fell to the floor. I couldn't understand and went back to ask the manager. He told me that making a cone only takes a minute or less. So why did I wait ten minutes at the cashier after paying, while the staff inside laughed, played and chatted? The manager must have thought I was stupid and didn't notice that the cone was already prepared in the kitchen but not brought out. He explained to me that 'maybe it was too hot' and offered to make me a new one. But that doesn't make sense: I don't want a cone that takes ten minutes and arrives melted. If you like a melted cone, come to this place. Is it so hard to admit your own mistakes and negligence? Shameful, disgusting
