Excellent food, truly excellent quality of raw materials. Even though we had chosen a chaotic day due to a town festival, we showed up, with very little hope, almost close to closing and the waiters welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism without rushing us. The house wine is also excellent. Prices suitable for the quality and service offered. Parking in the square is not too large but we are still in the center of the town

Very nice place with great food, they could use help with the staff. The bald guy bumbling around couldn't understand Italian or English....or what " the bill or Il conto " meant. Recommend hiring someone extra to serve the delicious dishes.

Tuvimos una muy buena comida en este bonito restaurante justo en la “plaza del pueblo” de Vicopiscano. Buen filete de ternera con setas y la pasta carbonara estaba sabrosa, pero el “bacon” era spec que es un poco graso. El servidor fue útil en dejarnos probar unos vinos para llegar a la elección perfecta! VictorB

02/01/2025: Four of us had the pleasure of dining at Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie on a Thursday evening, and it was an experience to remember. While our lack of Italian presented a slight language barrier, the staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we could navigate the menu and enjoy the meal fully. We began with the flan and artichoke appetizers, both of which were beautifully presented and delicious. For mains, we savored the carbonara and boar ragu pastas, as well as the boar shank and beef filet. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing the flavors of the region with finesse. Dessert was a triumph as well, and our waitress impressed us with her patience and knowledge, guiding us through the options. The house red wine was a perfect complement to the meal, rich and full-bodied without being overpowering. The warm atmosphere and attentive service made this a standout dining experience. Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine with a touch of elegance. Highly recommended!
01/12/2024: We went to a nice place for dinner, very friendly staff. We had two first courses and a half second course plus dessert. Really great price for the quality of the food I highly recommend trying this place

06/01/2025: Excellent cuisine! All food are Halal and affordable. Love their pilau rice with tandoori chicken, rice with chicken curry & beef curry and rice with chicken kebab. Went twice when we were in Pisa.
02/01/2025: Lovely food and service. Both the workers and customers greeted us with kindness. Food was good quality for the price. Absolutely loved the riso con kebab!
