The appetizers were excellent, the ambiance lovely. We were craving a nice piece of meat (segnia, pink)! Unfortunately, the fillet was more than well-done! When we pointed this out, the kitchen didn't seem to care. The service staff can't be blamed for that, of course. For the whole experience, the price was quite high.

Menu recommendation As appetizers Beef tartare or marinated trout carpaccio As first courses Paccheri with swordfish, or for those who want to try something a little more daring, tagliolini with squid ink, cacio e pepe, and shrimp tartare (worth the dinner!) As second courses Twice-cooked octopus tentacles or beef fillet As for white wines, I'd choose a Lugana DOC Le Create Ottella, or even a Manzoni Bianco di Cecchetto if you want to change grape varieties, or even Campo del Soglio, which has an ancient grape, Tuchì, and the Selva Capuzza winery is one of the few wineries that grows it (excellent wine).
