Au Casun In Bajardo

If ever there was a perfect place, this is it. The food on the small menu is terrific, the service is incredibly friendly and the view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking. We stayed at Baiardo for three days and ate here three times. Everything tasted really great and fresh, a real gem.

Tornati a trovare i ragazzi del Casun di Bajardo , bel locale con vista sulla montagna, sempre ottima l'accoglienza.. Scegliamo un buon vino ed ordiniamo un paio di piatti a testa .. Il classico antipasto su tagliere ,davvero sfizioso, composto da una dozzina di assaggini,a seguire i ravioli di erbette , sempre buoni . Un dolce diviso in due , scelto da diverse torte fatte in casa , tutte belle... Due parole , il caldo della stufa ed il conto giusto, fanno concludere un ottimo pranzo.. Grazie ragazzi. Giancarlo

Tornato con la morosa a Bajardo , bel paesino a mezz'ora da Sanremo.. Tornati soprattutto perché au Casun ci sentiamo come a casa , cucina schietta, bel locale , certa affinità con la coppia che fa 13 anni portano avanti il ristorante con passione.. Incominciamo con il solito tagliere di antipasti del territorio misti, io nello specifico ne sono dipendente .. A seguire , in via eccezionale ,faraona davvero ottima , quando trovo piccione , faraona , me li concedo, malgrado da 40 anni io sia vegetariano..i due unici tipi di carne che mangio.. la mia morosa ha preso anche le tagliatelle con il tartufo nostrano , per finire un ampia scelta di torte , lei meringata con castagne io, se c'è il cioccolato, torta al cioccolato..😄 un ottimo Dolcetto bio dinamico di Perinaldo ha accompagnato il tutto. Bravi ragazzi , prendetevi un po' di pausa, dal 20 dicembre ci rivedremo. Giancarlo
