Restaurant intimiste qui rappelle l'atmosphère des films italiens. On y est très bien accueilli et on y mange très bien, comme à la maison. Les plats sont cuisinés par la femme du patron fort sympathique. Endroit accogliente à ne pas manquer à Gênes. Une adresse à chuchoter.

In this place, where you have to ring a bell to open the door, it feels like time passes a little slowly. You order at the owner's pace, get served, and enjoy the sensuous music playing here while you wait. I wonder if it's because it's located in an alley and there aren't many people, but the food is good and I can see why this place has a high rating. Oh, the table charge here is 3 euros, but if you run out of bread, they keep bringing it to you. I was hungry so I ordered two main dishes. The fish dish was plentiful and the roast beef was really flavorful. Leave a review in real time while eating sparingly.

I’ve met this place by chance but it was so amazing dinner. Cozy place , friendly owner and delicious food. Perfect !!

We were intrigued with the posted menu but dinner opens late (for us). However, on our last night in Genoa tit worked out. You have to ring the doorbell to get in. Once in, the owners are the nicest people ever! The atmosphere is so quaint! The food was excellent and, for what you get, the value was excellent! Don’t rush. Just savour and enjoy.

We had the most cozy and delightful dinner at this beautiful restaurant near Via Garibaldi. The owner was so kind and attentive and our food was fresh and delicious! We are so happy to have happened on this lovely restaurant during our stay in Genoa.

The restaurant is furnished in a discreet and sober way, few tables for an intimate and livable environment, the owner is very welcoming and the dishes are typical and of high quality. A place to return to.

I'm vegetarian, I went back to this restaurant twice during my time in Genoa. It tried different dishes on each occasion. The food and service are just fantastic. I would highly recommend restaurant au cafe
