We went for a beer, to relax a bit after a morning of sightseeing in the city, and a waitress caught our attention. She was talking to her colleague and saying she hated Spaniards. She came by our table to see if we'd ordered anything, and she had an incredibly disgusted look on her face. This girl seems to have a problem. She'll get over it if she goes on holiday to Cádiz, Spain, and eats a big plate of fried fish and a beer in the sunshine. She'll be sore all over and that look will disappear. Oh, and I'm sure the waiter there will serve it to her with a smile and flair. Ciao ragazza!!

Perfect for quick breakfast: cappuccino and brioche just hit the spot in the morning. Open from 7 am to 2 am, good for drinks, as they have a huge variety. Very good prices: 1,60 for cafe, 1,5 for choclate brioche, 5 euro fo big beer. Incredabily fast staff, running behind bar, making coffee, pouring drinks, serving tables and washing dishes. Real Wonder Women. Minus for busy street with a lot of cars and road works as is really loud.

Bar and tobacconist located on the Lungadige at the entrance to Verona's "Veronetta" neighborhood. A casual establishment with an outdoor seating area. The young, friendly staff serves quality products. We had a cocktail with an Aperol Spritz and a good-quality mixed Spritz. There's a university vibe to it, thanks to the many young people who frequent the establishment, with the university just steps away. We had a great time. Reasonably priced. Recommended!

A small café open on Sundays and a bar in the evenings. Located on a street, no river view. Here, you pick up your items inside using the self-service counter, which is then brought out by the friendly waitress. The croissant with vanilla cream was a dream, as was the cappuccino.
