Atelier Gastronomico Del Pesce In Palermo

11/01/2025: We came twice within a week - very cool and laid back place with nice service and fantastic pasta. The menu offered Palermo specialties as well as Roman classics, both were great (the Carbonara is very Guanciale-generous :) ).

07/01/2025: We came across it by chance during a walk on January 1st, attracted by the style of the historic place with the stone walls, we decided to ask for a table. Very friendly staff shortly after we were seated. Exquisite octopus and calamari salad!! Delicious Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara!! Perfect pasta cooking, just right al dente. The dishes are very beautiful and cared for. Really great experience and congratulations to the guys' staff and their service. The only note and advice for the place is to pay more attention to the bathroom to make it a little more welcoming. Even though it is small, it could be made equally cute.
