A truly charming pizzeria in Casale Monferrato. A stylish, welcoming location. A vast selection of pizzas and traditional Neapolitan dishes. We opted for the pizza, available in the "cartwheel" (flattened, overflowing the plate) or with the classic crust. The dough was well-leavened and easy to digest, perfectly cooked, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The desserts were also exceptional and served with care. The owner was hospitable, very attentive, and extremely kind to all customers, as were all the staff, helpful and professional. We were just passing through, but we'll definitely be back. The pizza is really good, the menu is extensive, and the staff is very friendly. Even though it was Valentine's Day and the place was packed, the service was still quick. I recommend it!

Very nice pizzeria in Casale Monferrato. The pizza is just how I like it: thick and well-topped. There's a lot of choice, and you can also choose a flatter one. The pizza I had was very good, light and well-leavened. The desserts are also very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are average. Recommended.

By booking on Saturday afternoon, we managed to get a table for four for the 9:15 PM shift. We sat outside on the patio. The service was very fast. After ten minutes, the pizza was served. Delicious. We were all very satisfied. The only downside was that the atmosphere was a bit chilly despite the heating. The waitress was excellent and very kind. I also recommend the desserts... the babbà was spectacular.

Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations, despite a good-quality final product. The wait for the pizzas was excessive: an hour and ten minutes, from 7:20 PM to 8:30 PM, a length of time difficult to justify in a pizzeria and one that significantly impacted the overall experience. The outdoor dining area also has an unpleasant odor, making the atmosphere unwelcoming and requiring greater attention to ventilation and cleanliness. Another area that could be improved is the water served: since it's not bottled, it gives the impression of being tap water, which can be unpleasant for customers unless clarified or offered as a choice. That said, the main merit deserves recognition: the pizza. It's delicious, light, well-made, and made with quality ingredients, a sign that the kitchen knows how to work and that there's potential. With better service organization and greater attention to the environment, the experience could significantly improve.
