From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and looked after, which made the whole atmosphere even more pleasant. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the perfectly cooked meat, which was a real treat both in terms of taste and presentation. Every dish was artfully prepared and the quality of the ingredients was clearly noticeable. The variety of flavors and the care taken in preparation reflected the restaurant's high culinary level. Astra manages to find a perfect balance between fine dining and an inviting, cozy atmosphere. Every single component, from the starter to the dessert, was well thought out and excellently prepared, making the evening a special experience. Jeder Gang ist eine Überraschung, Geschmack, Ästhetik und Regionalität wurden wunderbar kreativ umgesetzt. Auch die passende Weinempfehlung war perfekt. War mit meiner erwachsenen Tochter dort, mindestens einmal im Astra gegessen zu haben, können wir nur empfehlen. Ebenfalls unbedingt buchen: einen Kochkurs bei Gregor.
