You can't pay by card, and I'm telling you this after you've consumed! Frequented by slightly tipsy people! Bad experience, some customers even punched each other.

Fantastic drink bar with an amazing vibe! The cocktails were perfect, balanced, and nice presented. The bartenders really know their job and were happy to recommend something tailored to my taste. Cozy atmosphere, great music, and excellent service (huge thanks to Madrida ❤️) — a perfect spot for a night out after skiing! Highly recommended!

I visited this bar with my family and I have to say it's very nice and welcoming, with very friendly service and... quality toast! I'd also add that the all-wood furnishings create a very warm and pleasant atmosphere... if I ever come back to Cavalese, I'll definitely be back.

I've been here a couple of times for coffee and was impressed. Excellent Illy coffees at a now unheard-of price: €1.20! Stay tuned! P.S. I'll have to come back to try the aperitivo! 🙂

08/01/2026: We stopped at the Ristobar for a lunch break on the slopes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good and tasty. We had sandwiches with luganega sausage (€7) and hot chocolate. Recommended for a break on the slopes, with average quality and prices. Another positive note: the owner (or the owner's son) noticed that some customers hadn't taken their change and had already left. He went over to return it, even though he could have kept it since the customers seemed to have forgotten about it.
08/01/2026: If you're on the slopes, this restaurant is a must-see! ❄️🍽️ The food is delicious and plentiful, and the staff is always kind and friendly. The owner even gave us candy for our children at the end of lunch, a gesture that made us feel truly at home. 🍬👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We've been returning to Vason for a couple of years, but a place this warm, friendly, and reasonably priced is hard to find. Highly recommended for families, skiers, and anyone looking for a relaxing break with good food! 🌟
