The place is very nice, I have come several times with the university to visit the breeding, so I recommend it. But today I came to get an ice cream and there was a very grumpy lady who greeted us rudely and added that they were closed (the Google site said that they were open until 10pm) BUT that they only sold milk (then it means that it is not true that they were closed if they sold products). We asked at least to be able to pat the donkey that was two meters away from us (which was always possible) but the old lady decided to chase us away, evidently she didn't want to work. Better to see the staff again, because the place deserves a lot but being treated like this makes you never want to go back again. You have lost a customer who was very happy to come before this unpleasant affair! I give 4 stars only because I'm good and donkeys deserve more than this grumpy and disrespectful lady deserves
