We're (semi)professional eaters, and I have to say that every time we come here, we leave screaming at the top of our lungs at how good the food is. A transcendental experience.... Our friend Diego claims he saw God in the wild boar gnocchi. AMONG THE MOST RECOMMENDED PLACES IN ROME

Very nice place surrounded by greenery, highly recommended, in summer there is also the option of eating out, we go to eat there even 2/3 times a week, we have always had a great time, home cooking, game of all kinds, staff always available and kind to our every need. 07/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant perfect for gourmets. The view is wonderful, but it's only matched by the quality of the dishes served. Simple cuisine made sublime by the culinary skills of the great Massimo. Congratulations again!
30/06/2025: Pisoniano is a place where you can find peace and quiet while escaping from Rome. Massimo Stella with Bacco has made his dream come true, which is also the dream of those who will be his guests, to eat really well and be in company in this beautiful place. Unsurpassed carbonara and really tasty home-made dishes. From the appetizer to the desserts, everything is excellent. I recommend it to everyone and...enjoy your meal.
