If you are looking for quality sushi in Pavia, Asahi is a great choice. Located in Via dei Mille, this restaurant offers the all-you-can-eat formula, combining fresh ingredients, refined presentation and fast service. The restaurant is modern, well furnished and with soft lighting that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal both for a dinner with a couple or for an outing with friends, as in my case, even if at busy times it can be a bit noisy. The menu offers a vast selection of Japanese dishes, from classic nighiri and sashimi, to more elaborate specialties such as gourmet uramaki and fresh fish tartare. The rice is well processed and the fish has a soft and tasty texture. The hot dishes are also excellent, such as rice dumplings sautéed with vegetables and gyoza, excellent grilled meat ravioli. Orders are managed via tablet, ensuring efficiency, even if on the busiest days there may be a bit of a wait between one dish and another. The cost of the all-you-can-eat is in line with other sushi restaurants in the area, with a good quality-price ratio. The evening menu has a slightly higher price than lunch, but the quality of the dishes justifies the expense.

Really very good, and a certain class, I didn't know about it, the fork recommended it to me, and I booked for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend, the price is worth the quality, I'll be back.

I've been going there for years and have always been satisfied. The menu is very extensive and the service is always very fast.

Ho già fatto altre recensioni di questo locale, ci sono stata diverse volte. Vorrei soffermarmi sulla gentilezza dei camerieri e sulla semplicità del locale. Ormai abituati a grandi ristoranti con tantissimi coperti, io preferisco questo locale, piccolo e intimo. Inoltre si mangia bene, ogni volta i piatti ordinati ci soddisfano. Vi lascio qualche foto di quello che abbiamo mangiato. Ultima cosa, per me comodissima, si può prenotare con the fork.

More Chinese than Japanese restaurant, small portions and quite high price compared to similar ones in Pavia... there is better!

Anni fa andavo spesso in questo ristorante e ieri sera ci sono tornata per cena. Il menù non è cambiato molto. I piatti sono piú semplici rispetto ad altri AYCE ma tutti molto buoni. Mi piace anche il fatto che il locale non è grandissimo. Altro punto a favore è la prenotazione molto comoda con the fork, ti colleghi e sai in tempo reale se c’è posto. Per me promosso!
